I'm in a similar situation and spent most of yesterday coming up with this: http://i.imgur.com/ytXCPxq.png

All the tariffs here are based around 500mb-1GB data. I don't use a lot of minutes or texts so I don't know how much you get.

Notes: the discount per month probably won't apply to you so it will be more expensive than the last column shows for o2 - I have a friend that works for o2 so I can get a Friends & Family discount.

Where the contracts aren't 24 month, I've adjusted the formula in the last column to account for the lower contract length.

The quidco column is for any cashbacks deals, assuming you've heard of Quidco before - note: it might also be topcashback.co.uk instead.

Where the cost per month = 10 that's where I've factored in buying the s4 sim-free and getting a sim-only tariff from Giffgaff.

Personally I'm looking at the 2 dial-a-phone deals, the 18 contract @ 36/m and the 24 contract @ 26/m.
The 24 contract says 21.67 as it includes a redemption deal where Dial-a-phone will pay you some money back when you send in some bills to them so equals 21.67 over the length of contract.

that 12 month deal would be the one for me, yeah it's got some upfront payment and yeah it might work out a tiny bit more than some of the others but there's nothing worse than being caught in a contract when there's something new and shiny available!

full disclosure... I pay for neither my phone nor my line rental as it's all paid for by my company but that's not the point, if it were my money I'd do that.
 
It doesn't? It looks the Same as pacman, which is the same as cm. Its only the font that's different and that's standard android font.

I like the font, personally.
 
I've finally bitten the bullet and bought a 32GB S4 from Germany. I cannot wait to ditch my iPhone 3GS and get a phone that's got more features than I can shake a stick at.

Aye, looking forward to it. I've been way too picky about the features my next phone must have, but this one has everything I want. Plus USB OTG, which I did not know existed, so pretty happy to try this out.

lol, for starters I didn't say it was the font, for seconds I looked at the screenshot on the linked page (not the ones hidden by the screenshot link) and saw something that looked like it was themed like Sony's android skin with what looked like a gingerbread battery which I thought was a cartoony route to go.

Then I clicked the link and saw that it's essentially stock although I have to say I still don't care for the thinner font but it's not cartoony.

Again I don't personally see why they'd change the font from stock, it's one of the nicest parts of it, just like how it drives me a bit mad that Samsung go changing all the colours to green.. the stock blue is one of the most pleasing parts of any mobile OS IMO but there you go. Horses for courses etc etc.

oh that's just a launcher and I dont use it, I use Nova.

Anyway, Pro tip for those of us on AOKP roms with access to ribbons. enable the bottom swipe ribbon and set the long press action to 'last app'. Then long press just above the home buttom :cool:

Ooops- duh!

Ahh - not bad. I have wayy too many swipe/gesture stuff as it is lol.

I'll try out the new PAC in a few weeks, can't stand too many bugs.
