I've had no issues. Wrote a letter explaining that I watch no TV whatsoever and had no hassle from them. I get a yearly letter reminding me to notify them if the circumstance change, but nothing beyond that.

Honestly I don't know, it depends on how the signals are being sent/received, I wouldn't do it personally...

That's not the same thing. There's a difference between receiving a radio signal on a radio, and a radio station via a TV broadcast on a TV.
