*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

Tbh when it comes to console gaming my concern isn't on the graphics but more the gameplay and how some games are just more natural on a console sat on the couch. I think it's a shame that the PS4 isn't as 'next gen' as it could have been in terms of graphics grunt but it'll certainly be good enough to make games enjoyable.

I'm still enjoying PS3 games, graphics just don't matter so much on console imho. The last of us is one of the best games I have ever played, purely down to story, atmosphere and how it makes you care about the characters. The fact it's running on older PS3 hardware doesn't make any difference. In fact you could argue that if it was the prettiest game it may detract from the real grit of the story and gameplay.

PC for graphics whoring and FPS and PS4 for exclusives is the way forward :D

I think Playstation plus and Humble bundle is all you could ever need..

Think Im KZ and Watchdogs for launch, with GTA5 and either GT6 or Driveclub Ill be more than busy this side of Christmas...

Not a big FPS fan and always avoided the near-future stuff since COD4...

ps3ud0

hopefully with a more pc dev friendly machine it will. just remember if your fps playing on your ps4 get a mouse and keyboard :p

see now that's the thing

I have a PC that I do all my FPS gaming on, i cant do it on consoles (believe me I've tried)

so I gave up with consoles
(although i love some games on them and love the retro stuff)

My prediction is that Sony will out sell Microsoft, maybe as much as double

I never had a PS3 or PS2, but i did play on them though, but i have a PS1, and Gran Turismo kept me going for a very long time, I almost did complete it totally
