My day is getting worse and it's not even 11am. New Cervelo R Series use Squoval 3! THREE!! Squoval 2 is obsolete rubbish. I'm going to need a skip

^ Seems like a legit offer. :p

I'm going to pre-order a ferrari...

it does look like a nice city bash-around bike.. ;O not a fan of the integrated light at the front but id give it a shot.

I quite like that integrated top tube/stem thing.
Reminds me of the Look 986 mtb:

edit: just noticed the thing on the front of the headtube of that canyon. Anybody any idea what that is?

It’s a mount for hanging a basket (apparently doesn't effect the hendling like a traditional basket on bars would/does). The seatpost collar is also a rear light and the clamp below that is a built in lock.

It's like the brompton luggage block. It mounts the luggage on the head tube rather than the bars so the luggage and it's weight doesn't shift when the bars move.

Hmm, the Strava September challenge is up. The badges go up to 1,250km this time. Good news for those of you who seem to bash out 1,000km in a week...

Had a ride on my rollers after work, I had one of those rides where you feel amazing and have loads of power, i was able to ride as well as i have ever done on them. Two coffees in the afternoon helped. I only had 40 minutes but that should be enough, better than thinking about it and doing nothing. Will try to get out after work tomorrow too for a proper road ride.

I made a special effort to use them on Monday before work as I need to regain my fitness. Not sure why but it was really really hard then, I struggled to get anywhere near what I did tonight, maybe no energy/cold/tired.

So lazy lately. I need some serious motivation to get me out on my bike bar commuting.

I've noticed my power dropping off too. I'm going casual mountain biker speeds at the mo and pushing just to do that.

:(

Maybe set yourself a challenge?

Forecast is looking okay for this Saturday except for wind direction so I'm going to do my 150 miler!

September is going to be a poor month for me I think, two holidays either end of September, plus away in the middle on business.
Think I'll be lucky to get 10 or 12 days of any type of cycling in

Evening rides are getting harder now it's getting darker :(

We've not seen you for a few Saturdays - you'll have to come out next time you can. Or find a club or something...

Yeah, I knew the ride wasn't going ahead weekend just gone so I vegged out at home. Busy this weekend coming so it'll be the weekend after I get out now. Putting weight on too which isn't good...

looks like my rear wheel had it too..was chasing a KOM and smashed it into a speedbump at 25+ now I get some kinda "ding" from the back wheel when ever I ride over pothole/speed bump even at low speed.. boo :o at least I got the KOM.

I got out on Saturday, but I was taking out a mate who's literally just starting, so we were veeeery sloooooow... Not really your sort of pace!
