Being picky, you weren't banned, you were suspended. If you'd been banned, you wouldn't be posting now.
 
Ignore the infraction points system. We don't use it. Infractions are used when something is seen as not suspension worthy but is worth more than a simple edit. They are also very useful where there is a requirement to communicate details to the member without interrupting the flow of conversation within a thread.

Take it on the chin Andi, and it really isn't worth talking about the loss of business due to moderator decisions. Trust me, we've seen it all :p

Yes that was a bit silly but it did happen.

You either drop the price or you don't, your message served no purpose except to get it back to page one to the detriment of other sellers.

I know there's suspended and permabanned, but I'm pretty sure that Kwerk once showed up as banned then he came back. Seems like "banned" is somewhere between a suspension and a perma, or did Kwerk appeal his ban?

Don't get banned again and there's no issue. It was a temporary suspension, unbunch your panties.
