BitFenix Ronin - Your Review Sample, Here!

This has been a real let down.

Im pretty sure the point of this was to publicise the case in this forums community, which would have been nice as i'm very interested in BitFenix cases.

This has put me off somewhat..
 
Considering i was one of those selected i don't want to trash talk it too much but yes :( Big let down indeed i was looking forward to doing this iv had parts sat here for a while now just waiting for this as i was going to delay my new build until the ronin arrived :/ Unsure on whats going on here still.. I have used a different channel to Directly contact Jacky but it hasn't worked as i have no replies.

Maybe since BitFenix used the forum to basically advertise the case (for free) you could ask OcUK to speak to their contact at BitFenix (assuming they deal direct)

I'll add to echo the others though, it's a very poor showing to run a competition, select winners and then fail to follow through, especially if you've done this within the community that is your target market.
 
Last I heard by mid-end of july saying the cases would be arriving mid-august. I emailed bitfenix a day or two ago but haven't heard anything back. The Ronin is a case I love the look of and actually wanted to buy a second providing it fits my criteria for my server once I've had a more in-depth look :(
 
Very poor show :(

Saying that, their communication has never been good for recent competitions i.e. no email, posts etc. as to when the stuff has been shipped out or when to expect delivery.

Hopefully their customer service for paying customers isn't this bad :p
 
Nexus take a look on facebook on there page for your answer. I really do worry for them as a company and hope this isn't there major downfall because of customer service. Especially as there slowly becoming bigger its only going to get worse

Don't have a facebook account so can't see all the posts :p Presume it isn't good though :(

Shame as they make fantastic cases and don't charge a fortune for them like most other companies and they seem to be friendly towards the community with all the giveaways etc.

Customer service and communication is vital and is often the main thing that would put me of a company and their products, it is why I try to avoid the likes of ASUS when it comes to computer parts.....

Hopefully it will improve.

Indeed! Amazing company for products, Prices and modding gear for us lazy to sleeve stuff and wire LED's ourselves etc.. Shame on the CS :(

I haven't received any messages and the email that they originally sent was replied to. If they had send additional mails with different subject headings than the original, it probably didn't get through.
 
I never got a reply to my first email but got a reply on the facebook page so it worked out. Have the cases been shipped to us yet? An ETA wouldn't be bad :)

Nice to finally get it but a slight disappointment that we was actually forgot about as it got ordered from OCUK on Tuesday according to my invoice :/ none the less on with the show! Review will be up tonight the girlfriend has dragged me back to bed and won't let me build at this time in morning.
 
Few niggles but well on the way now got all the hardware in. Didn't get enough 6 pin braided either so I'll have to get one. Building wise am finding it simple it lacks some things but makes up for it elsewhere.. I'll do a full review topic tonight with photos etc
