Did Brizzle - Bridgend today. Caught up with a couple of ladies in team wiggle kit near Newport being paced by a guy on a moped. Tagged on for 5 miles for a free draft :D

Also just noticed I've now breezed through 5k non commuting miles already this year :(

I'm not in a position to commit to anything that far away, but in principal it sounds good. If I start training now I may even stand a chance of keeping up with the likes of you :p

same here

cant wait till I get my Turbo, so I can start training properly

and a winter bike to hitch it to

Bear in mind at the first sight of hills my legs start weeping..

Still a great groupset. Any updates to the build?

One way? or there and back. that must be 120 miles if you did both! I don't know how you find the time! Dont tell me you averaged 20 mph also :)

Did they mind? Some good looking ladies in that team too, judging by the facebook photos wiggle keeps putting up. Probably wasn't the worst 5 miles of your life :)

Awesome! Is that for the madone? Do it naow and report back :)

Yea the Domane. Had a play with the shifters, seem OK but tbh not that much smaller than the old 6700 ones. I wish they could sort the ergonomics out like it was back in the 7800/6600 days.

Force 22 would be ideal but it's almost £900 compared to £510 for the Ultegra. Going to be sensible and wait until next year I reckon, although you would be wondering just why I bothered buying it now... madness

One way, I was on the clunker (Ti) as it hasn't been ridden for nearly 2 months & legs are still shot after doing the 30mi chaingang last night. (I was being flippant when I said 19.6 was leisurely) Pace was a steady 16.5 and I hit the wall w/ 7 miles to go (70mi).

You caught them when they were being motorpaced?!

You must have been going some speed :D

OK maybe I was overtaken then joined on the back :p

Not properly. It just plots a line which you follow. Its good for the most part until the road forks and you're unsure which road to take. Or it can update the display as you're approaching a turning. In doing so it clears the map and its very easy to miss it. But it gets you from A to B.

I get turn prompts PRIOR to the turning rather than when you are on top of it by using ridewithgps, take out any left/right/straight on cue sheet entries i dont want then export it to my PC as a TCX.
Then in bikeroutetoaster import the TCX and export it as a TCX with a turn warning set (i set turn warning distance to 300ft). It bleeps as a turn warning so you know you have to turn (it bleeps again usually when you've made the turn!).
Note that you can just leave it on your normal speed/time/distance/whatever screen and the turn prompts come up with an accompanying bleep.
