Er sorry but that's absolute bs. there are plenty who drop by the Android threads every so often making weird elitist pro apple / android is for peasants comments. they are ignored for the most part but insinuating this never takes place is rather blinkered.

We like the screen size and there is nothing to say that they will increase it. Stop reading rumour sites and treating it as gospel. As strange as it seems, companies explore hundreds of different designs, changes and prototypes which have absolutely no bearing on where the company is going. They do it to enable them to adapt and innovate but it doesn't mean that they are not simply doing it so that they have options.

If they do change all their phones to a larger screen we can talk about it then. Until such a time, what are you doing other than trolling.
 
It's all personal preference at the end of the day, I've been on both sides of the fence. The iPhone is excellent and so are the (good :p) Android phones - if they fit your needs. It's really that simple.

I'm subscribed to most of the Android threads and I can't say I've noticed it. It's certainly not common. Either way, they are as stupid as the people in this thread doing the same.

I've used both and much prefer iOS and the iPhone but there are plenty who have done the same and prefer android. It depends on what you use it for and whether you care about tinkering with your phone that much. I don't care about that a don't have the time for it anymore.

I'll get the 5S on contract when it comes out and it will be a great phone. iOS7 is lovely and addresses pretty much every issue I had with iOS while maintaining the simplicity of the phone so I am happy.

End of the day both each have their pros and con's.. That's how the world works.. And why we are all different :)
 
Missed the live steam so will watch that with a cup of tea now :).

Roll on the 20th for the iPhone 5S pre order! Just got to shift my mint condition iPhone 5 first :p.
 
Looks like a very disappointing design, more of the same really. A shame.

And this is posted from my iPad so hardly a biased fanboy view :p

Were people expecting a new design? I certainly wasn't. It's the 'mid cycle' between the 5 and the 6, like the 3GS and the 4S before it, they offered no new design.

p.s. I thought Siri was a gimmic in day 1 and still think so.

I've used it less times than the number of fingers i have in 1 hand.
