Yeah I happened to have a free trial of Amazon Prime when I ordered it, don't have it anymore but it still counts I think so my estimate is 17th.

Also for those wondering about damage being an issue look at this video of a plane exploding:
Now I'm not too sure what the bodywork damage is like but it certainly seems like they got the critical damage sorted to be awesome!

What I do like is that the map seems to be blurred out, possibly to encourage you to go and explore the entire thing, was it RDR that also did the same thing with its map?

Mine has the Delivery Estimate for the 17th also without prime. I only have two lectures Monday morning so hopefully it arrives then. If not, it's not a huge disaster I'll just play it after I get back from clinical skills Tuesday evening.

My post doesn't even show up until 2pm in the afternoon :o
 
So it seems as though they've improved the melee combat quite a bit

Movement physics makes all the difference as shown on that gif, it's the way both bodies lunge and rebound, proper ragdoll like :D
