Yes you do need Trevor. There is a mission of his which should unlock it.

Either really, but if you want to play online PS3 would be free and 360 you'd need a gold account if you don't have one already which is an extra £40 odd

PS3 seems to have a tiny slight advantage in performance, but Xbox you can run in complete silence.

In case it hasn't been mentioned yet - picked up the GTA V strategy guide in WHSmith today for £7.49 (half price).

Nice one. Just popped up town and picked this up so thanks for the heads up and thanks for reminding me why I don't go up town on a Saturday.

All my friends have an Xbox and actually have this game for the Xbox but i have always preferred the PS3 so the Xbox just got used for Forza Horizon.

Is the membership really £40? Can you not still just pay £5 a month?

Bought it anyway after a 60odd year old women convinced me how awesome it was. How does the Xbox play in silence? Sounded like a jet engine firing up the last time i played on it.

Can still do monthly, and install game to hard drive then disc to usb

by installing the disc to a fast USB pen (get a USB 3 one) and letting the game do it's own install on the hard drive.

therefore the disc drive never spins up which is the loudest part of the system or it should be.

you can usually buy sub's online for much cheaper than the RRP, better off buying like a year's sub for £30 than paying £5 per month.
