I couldnt load up the online side of things via the console so thought id try to join via rockstars website.
Ive found it now and put in a request ready for when server problems settle down, the crew just wouldnt come up when searching.
 
So mine just said 'Launching session' for ages, went back to homescreen to load it again. Better luck this time I hope.
 
Hoorah! 46 hours later.

Hmm. Definitely the quickest and easiest Rockstar game to 100%. It doesn't feel like 100% though, there's so much more to do. Which I guess will all be cleared up as I go for the Platinum trophy.

Beware dont get the citizens wet with the fire hose automatic 2 stars. This is annoying me now, you cant have any fun that isnt prescripted outside the missions. You can survive a ton of bullets in missions. Why even bother with the sandbox if your not allowed to do anything in it.

Use the no police glitch mate.

Sorry I should have explained how to do it, so I shall! :

Re-play construction assasination mission (make sure you buy or have a parachute before doing so)

Play it up to the point of going up the lift (about 3 minutes) then jump off and have fun, no police at all. You can even go in the army base and baseball bat the gaurds to death for some nice revenge and enjoy all their hardware.

Story mode fixes.

Fix for interface issues when using Internet on the cell phone after completing the game, or during a mission replay
Fix for the Vanilla Unicorn occasionally becoming locked
Fix for issues where the character’s money could drop below zero and become stuck there
Fix for the Epsilon Program missions not progressing properly after delivering some cars

Whats with the superhuman cops? Just tried to escape on the freeway in a cop car, foot flat to the floor, top speed. I'm still rammed from behind by cops driving exactly the same car I'm driving going seemingly twice as fast :confused:

Cops have the ability to ram you via little boosts of speed, like an ability.

If Franklin can slow time and drive seemingly impossibly well because of it, surely it's okay the cops having a little trick of their own? :D
 
I don't mind the odd boost of speed so they can do pit maneuvers.

What gets me is the constant supply of helicopters. That's the only part of the police I don't like.

Yeah police appearing out of nowhere and in unlimited supply (especially helicopters) is very annoying, especially if you're fleeing in a plane and helis just spawn right on top of your location :(

I couldn't get away even with a superbike.

Ended up losing the front wheel, it came right off !

And those stupid helicopters, grrrrr, shoots 2 out or the sky and within 10 seconds they reappear again !

I think it is easier to escape on foot into the small streets than try to do it in a car.
