Pressing A on the loading screens, picking the bottom character on the select wheel also get you there. (when its up and working)

PS3 servers been down since launch mostly, rumours are they're slowly coming back up now.

Heists require a certain level and you have to own a property or something if I recall correctly.

When I was on earlier, afternoon time none of the jobs were working at all. Would insta-fail unless it was a race or death match.

Heists are coming soon but not in the initial launch sadly.

Tried to play online earlier but couldn't get on. If I did get on it'd just fail trying to find players for the first race sadly!
