any reason?

I've reached the point where I can't afford vodka anymore, so I drink Rosé. Two bottles to get me drunk, and I go out at least three nights a week. I thought wine was healthy?![]()
I don't link drinking (in moderation) with being unhealthy
What I'm saying is - the majority of people I know that don't drink (but did take a few drinks in their teens/20's) - or who have never drank any alcohol - seem to have either mental instabilities, physical problems or are just hypochondriacs now in the 40 - 45 age range. And I know a lot of people that don't drink for some reason.....
It's possibly because they have diets / passtimes that are a lot worse (ie they smoke, do illegal stuff, drink loads of soft drinks, sit on their backsides all day etc etc.)- but the bottom line is they don't drink (and do nothing else but drink like me ) - and appear worse off for it.

I haven't had a drink for 234 days.
I am far too fond of drink and totally unable to regulate my intake.
Finally got fed up with it both dominating and threatening to ruin my life and stopped.
