Mine was very helpful last night though, twice I was up at Trevors airfield and my car was destroyed, rang the insurance to get it back then rang my mechanic and he brought it to me
Good tip, I didn't know you could do that so Cheers.
I rarely notice it go and assumed from the property it was per week as paying $75 per day for property maintenance is a bit steep! But $50 a day for the mechanic makes more sense.
Last weekend I blew up a friends car and had to pay but blew it up again last night and didn't. There appears to be some trigger for when you pay but don't know what it is.

Yea in the 400k one you can check all the security cameras outside through your TV you can also watch your frients as a camera follows them lol

You have 2 TV channels a channel you can view any other player & 3 CCTV channels 1 inside the garage 1 on garage door & 1 on front door. My apartment is only an 85k jobby down where the prostitutes work.

yeah but why not just let them into your apartment?
they cannot do anything to you or your apartment when inside it.
you cannot even run inside an apartment, never mind pull out a gun or punch someone, you cannot even jump.
i find the apartment pretty useless tbh, hope they release the heists soon

Can you "trigger" sticky bombs from INSIDE your apartment?
They might smell the dead bodys I have under the floor boards.
I wouldnt let strangers into my apartment, they might never leave. There's a thread in the GTA forums about what one interloper was doing in an apartment, it wasnt nice.

never tried, but seeing as everything is disabled apart from your phone, i doubt it tbh.

The annihilator from GTA IV.
You can do 1 lap races on 'Criminal Record' at the prison, it takes 30 seconds to drive the circle in Super/Sports/Bikes.
If there are only two of you, the winner takes 3k-4k, 2nd place takes 1500-2100. i think it depends on your rank or race stats?
Any category will do, they all unlock for any race as far as i can tell.
Chrome respray needs the highest number of races to unlock at LSC, once that is unlocked, you are sorted.
You can also set that race up, to level up a complete rank every 5-6 minutes if you want. Maybe quicker if you are under level 40.
