Why Do Tmobile deny there is any cap on internet ?

Do you people not have wifi at home or something?

Yes I have wifi at home, BT hotspots with my broadband but they are never were you need them, I don't have wifi when I am at work and I don't have wifi when I am in a field camping.

What's so hard to understand about wanting decent 3g speeds while out and about?

Haha, may be more common than you think. I live in the middle of a town (Burnley), but the local infrastructure is that dire that we can only seem to get 2mbit.

been exact same position, when i got the contract i asked if the 3g was capped they said no, before i was on a tmobile 500mb and unlimited browsing and speeds was 20+ mb , so i upgraded to full monty and right away my speeds went to 4mb , called them a few times and was told no caps and depends on area, ya right, then finally i got to someone who said yes speeds are capped, and will increase it to 10mb i said fine, noting happened called again and was told same, and to this day no increase, so i just gave up

i have 6 months left on my contract , as soon it ends im going to Three with there free 4g unlimited package, also had some Freud on my t mobile contract, which someone upgraded without me requesting it , and they even received a phone,

so i cant wait to leave, my mates are on three and there speeds are very good using in same locations as me

I was going to cancel and move to Three but was concerned about the lack of 2g, although I don't think its as big a problem as it maybe once was as the 3g network is so vast now.

Only downside is it would have cost £38 per month on Three where as I am only paying £27 on T-Mobile and with tethering working when it shouldn't I decided to stick it out and hope nothing changes!

I am planning to go with the £15 Three deal , which is better then the current deal i im on Tmobile , and you get 4G free and tethering

All-you-can-eat data
2,000 minutes
5,000 Three-to-Three minutes.
5,000 texts

im more then happy with the sim only deal , as i aint stuck on a 24 months contract, i bought a note 3 sim free, it works about the same over 24 months, but not stuck on 24 months, as i like to change phones every 12 months

So do I normally fella but we are having a baby so changing my phone every year is not gonna be an option for a while so I rekon the Note 3 will serve me well over the next few years. When I worked it out I would have had to get a sim only for £9 a month for the it to break even with the contract and didn't think an unlimited data sim only would be possible to find for that price.

I paid £510 for a sim free note 3 , and on £15 sim only 12 months

On three site with a note 3 on 24 months cheapest contract its £36 and £99 upfront for phone works out £963 for 24 months

All-you-can-eat data
1,000 minutes
5,000 texts
24 months

with SIM free note 3 4g , 32gb £510 then £15 for sim only over 24 months it works out £870 and i get more minutes without being stuck on 24 months contract

All-you-can-eat data
2,000 minutes
5,000 Three-to-Three minutes.
5,000 texts

just works out much better for me

Yeah but with tethering you need the £38 plan.

I paid £179.99 for the phone and then (£27 x 24) - £31.50 Cashback = £796.49. Think thats 500 Minutes & Unlimited Texts which is more than enough. Ain't bad as long and the speed stays and the tethering doesn't stop working.

Under normal circumstances I wouldn't do 24 month but there is no way I will get away with buying new phones all the time now we are starting a family hehe!! This was the cheapest way to get a Note 3 with unlimited data that I could find.

And the Note 3 will easy last 2 years without feeling sluggish, Its a power house!!

i was told it is included
Tethering is included in (i) The One Plan; (ii) the One Plan SIM only

the £15 sim only is the one plan, with me when something new comes i get tempted , just addicted to gadgets and i know i wont keep the note 3 past 1 year, they just keep releasing stuff so fast

I'm not saying it isn't bud, only that it isn't included in the £36 plan with the Note 3 as it isn't the one plan. The £38 is. I am sure you do have it on yours.

I was just saying that £15 a month plus buying a Note 3 works out more than my contract but you have the option to swap an change etc where as I am locked in for 2 years ;)

No joy on the phone with them today. Gonna phone every day now and if they don't fix it within a week I'm just gonna cancel it. Not what I agreed to when I signed up at all!
