No i want them to take it back once thier visa is over and not settle. This trend of working here and becoming British is just wrong. If i go and live in Asia until i am 90 am i Asian? Are my children Asian? Did we intermarry with natives to become Asian?
Go look at a map. You'll notice that Europe and Asia
are the same continent. Whether or not you or your children in this hypothetical scenario become Asian is, therefore, a distinction that isn't anywhere near as clear-cut as you think it is.
A person's nationality depends primarily on them. Take me, for example. I'm English. My native language is English, which I speak with an English accent. I'm English because that's my culture. I'm the first generation of my family born English...but that doesn't mean that
I'm not English. It means that
my ancestors weren't English. My recent ancestors became English because they did, and I don't mean in terms of paperwork. I mean culturally. For example, they spoke only English from the day they settled in England. My mother (who was a young child at that time) grew up with the local English accent. Language matters - it's a strong indicator of nationality.
Hell no so stop spouting this myth that hey look at me i am British with my British visa.
Why would asim18 have a British visa? He's British. He'd need a visa to go somewhere else, presumably.
You cannot even grasp that the only reason they are here is to help our economy and give a better life to them. They already make a profit for Britain INC by doing the work for the employer. If they take the saving's back to India or Pakistan maybe they might actually get some decent roads and schools and not be falling over themselves to get here and swamp us.
So...you must be very strongly in favour of outsourcing as many jobs as possible overseas, right?
Your position makes a change from the usual "taking our jobs!" line, but it makes less sense. It's not generally a good idea for a country to lose money like that, nor is it an efficient way of upgrading another country. You'd be better off arguing that the UK should send many billions of pounds of free money to India and Pakistan on the condition that it's used for infrastructure upgrades...which, by the way, is impossible. Have you seen the size of India? The UK couldn't make much of a dent on infrastructure upgrades there, even if we had lots of spare money (which, obviously, we don't).
And once again the person who claims to be intelligent, articulate and have a high quality education much better than most Brits has to resort to petty insults. grammar and refuses to read past the first paragraph. It seems a bit pathetic and it is the last time i post in here because it is not even a proper discussion. You still ignore my main facts and have once again resorted to nothing but insults. Oh and wherever you got that education son you really need to ask for a refund.
Your arguments are irrational and inconsistent and you present them in a semiliterate way. That matters.
