i haven't had any issues with the new radio in fact im sure signal quality is better currently on 4 bars out of 5, and i'm in a pretty poor signal area. usually im lucky to get 1-2 bars upstairs and usually no signal downstairs.

The phone being unlocked and the bootloader being unlocked are two very different things, don't confuse the two!

Personally I'd rather have one from a factory with no risk of it being an insurance loss later on! £40 saving is good though... Including postage

What's the typing like on this phone? Coming from an iPhone where the typing is really precise and quick, is it the same?

Older android phones felt really sluggish when typing.

Typing is rapid, plenty of different third party keyboards to try too such as SwiftKey or Skype if you prefer a more intelligent keyboard etc

Maybe me being paranoid but will give it a proper check tonight.

Cheers guys. Sometimes it can be hard to hear. You have to be in a near dead silent room to hear it. Apparently the N4 had a similar problem. Read on Xda that it could be the background radiation or something. Sounds like radio signals to me. Weird. If more people could try this it would be good.

Went to Morrisons earlier and took some pictures of the whiskey on offer to think about getting some for Christmas. Soon after taking the pictures I got a cloud icon on my N5 saying something about clicking the icon to get some storage on Google. However being the moron I am, I cleared all my notifications when I got an email as a kneejerk response.

Does anyone know what the offer was/is and can I still get it?
