Just a guess, but I'd imagine those green rings would be a respray. It's a pretty simple and cheap task if you want your Corsair fans to be a colour other than Red White or Blue.
Spray on some primer and then a few coats of paint, done.

Very nearly finished Striker Eureka now, just need a fan controller to stop the 2000rpm fans from sounding like leaf blowers and being on full blast 24/7 .
Every time I look back at this thread to check for updates I'm impressed by that build. Looks like it's got to be the ultimate for air cooled rigs, though I imagine it's noisy?
9-16c Cpu idle, 36c under load.
GPU Idle 30c, 58-65 under load.
As for the noise, unless gaming it's about the same as any other machine(damn near silent), when gaming though it kicks up a lot thanks to the windforce cards and 2000rpm fans to the point my ears were ringing after building it as initially all the fans wanted to run at 100%.
Damn, haven't seen anyone using that case in a while! Used to own one and absolutely loved it. I've got the version before it as well (the original nine hundred) sitting on my floor in parts right now. Very tempting to rebuild it!
