Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2560 x 1600 - drool)

I know this may seem a dumb question, but ow can I link my 10.1 and my S4 so I can surf whilst on the move? I know there must be a simple way of doing it, but I cant work it out.

I thought the Samsung 10.1 would have been well ahead of the ipad Air but there is really nothing in them.

Assuming you can tether on your 3g contract, just switch on the S4's mobile hotspot in wifi settings. Usea password etc and connect the Note via wifi.

The Note still feels faster overall than the Air even with all the bloatware on to be honest. I don't really get why people complain so much about the bloatware on the Note 3/ Note 10.1 2014 edition, from what I've seen it doesn't hinder performance whatsoever.

You keep hearing this over and over again. It makes you wonder whether people are using the latest Samsung hardware because on this device it appears to make no difference. This device is fast and I see no need to remove anything.
 
one thing that put me off were reports of light bleed - anyone have this issue please

have ipads in the household but fancy something different for myself - but often watch netflix etc in a darkened room - so light bleed would be annoying

Agreed. Other than freeing up more RAM, I can't seeing it making a massive difference.

A custom ROM and kernel can potetially make a noticeable improvement.
 
Just put this next to ipad 4 screen playing monsters university side by side.

Brightness is very similar and obviously the aspect ratio is better on the note but by christ the note screen looks incredible next to it better contrast, better colours, sharper image.
 
Did Samsung really just announce products with 'Pro' in the name?

Apple dont have exclusivity on that word but come on Samsung the whole world knows you are dirty plagarists so isnt it time for a little bit of imagination?*

*maybe not after that embarrasing watch farce :D

I am holding out for the 32GB model, TBH I would get the 64GB version if that was available in the near future in the UK ! :confused:
 
Quick question guys....

Under Storage what have you got for 'Miscellaneous Files' ?

Even though i've deleted it all its still reading over 1.5Gb's. It seems to be lost space, just me or do you have it too?
