I'm no MMO veteran as the only ones I have played are wow and gw2. Wow i only got to lvl 30 and then real life got in the way of that and I lost interest in gw2, but I think this looks something that I really want to get into.

Firstly I'm liking the setting. Every MMO seem to be fantasy based i.e elves, orcs etc of which I'm getting pretty bored of. It looks nicely presented. I like the idea of the world being seamless like WoW. I always find that having to load when entering a new zone ruins the immersion.

The idea of only having a certain number of skills (8?) at any one time will require a little bit more fore thought which I'm all for and the crafting system looks in depth and interesting.

I've to looked too much into this game as I am waiting to play it and discover everything as new. I've been waiting for a decent MMO for a while now that I will have plenty of time to play it in the near future. I was going to dive into TESO but after the stress test it felt very lacklustre for me.
 
Got my invite yesterday, just downloading the client now :D

Looking forward to trying this out, might pull me away from Path of Exile.

OMG! I know i signed up for the beta late but still I keep my fingers crossed and check my e-mail everyday including my junk folder just in case!
 
I really hope this isnt going to be like wow and hardly work with crossfire. Annoys me that you buy a dual card like a 7990 and crossfire doesn't work >.<.
Considering this is a pc title you would think in this day and age it would support crossfire.

Is it up to the game developers or AMD to to bring out a driver profile for it?

I've tried a lot of things but it doesn't need much gpu power. The cpu caps out before the gpu at top settings until you use over 1.25xsupersampling. You can go upto 2.0xsupersample and it goes down to 22-45fps. With my 2nd 780 it would be 60fps but no sli support.

:( ditto. Really annoyed cuz a couple of my friends got codes a couple weeks ago and they only signed up before xmas. I on the other hand signed up more than a year ago and still nothing.

meh looks like I will be waiting for open beta I guess.
 
The plus side of not being in beta is that its going to be a completely new experience for you, thats why im not leveling any class past 10, not like i did in SWToR and in the beta end up like level 35 and when it came to playing it for real i could be bothered doing the same content again.

Yeah true I suppose. Just everything I've seen of this game just looks so good:D But I can wait, when is realese?
