I think it'd be a lot easier if they just put a "Psychological evaluation" tab and have it range from normal to completely messed up.

Your position is that people saying that they don't see Facebook giving lots of ways to express gender as the end of society is somehow fakery designed to get a response on the internet, instead of how they genuinely feel. I don't believe you, you try too hard to be clever and have that internet arguing thing going where whatever I say you'll counter it with semantics - "calling your posts excrement isn't an attack on the person" is a typical example.
Of course there's no way to tell exactly why you get so weirded out about people who have opinions like mine, but I often think that people are too weak as individuals to say "to hell with everyone else".
Saying things like "oh, we must be accepting" means that people will be accepting of you and your possible failings.
This is why I think people bleating for acceptance and equality are stupid, because the superior don't really need to cry out for that. Either they don't need it, or they have it already.
Well enjoy your life I guess. I'm not sure how you can hold the values of society so highly (by not wanting it torn apart) and then also be so fiercely individualistic, surely the two ideas are completely opposed to each other?

Well, it is the reason why so many need hundreds of thousands of friends they don't know and like buttons all over the place.
It is a gender option. There are only two genders. There should only be two in the box.
I have a couple of friends who were male when I first met them and have since had... 'adjustments', they have no problem just ticking the "Female" box.
I have no problem with there being 50 options under the sexualities option, but this is retarded.
