Who do I report this to?

Hey.

had a customer shout at me and call me a pedo in the shop today, all because I told his daughter that she could collect her repaired device from myself at home. (Like I have done for past 8 years to most customers).

Now then... who do I report the slander too? Also he didn't pay the £100 owed for the repair and took it.

So slander and theft. Shop was full of people!

I am thinking police would shrug it off as a civil matter?
I will take this as far as possible... can I take him to court for this?

Report him for shoplifting from your shop with witnesses to the police and then add the aggravating circumstances when they take the statement.

If he goes around telling people about it, of course. But the way it's been described now, just no.

If others did witness it, and the guy was really a lunatic, then they'll know that the OP wasn't letching at the girl anyway.

So why would she need to come to your house to collect it, if it was already at your fixed at your shop?
