Who do I report this to?

This.

I had explained to her that I just had an operation yesterday and today I was repairing from home. I had to pop into the shop to do a quick lumia 820 repair. I told them I could no longer have it collected from my home and to come to the shop.

so they did....

I used to have customers drop off and collect from my home for over 6 years before I started at this shop.

I didn't know she was 15 until I was told by him.. she looks like 17 and tbh I couldn't care less, she was a customer who needed a fast repair

Why did you tell the girl that she could collect it from your house and not the adult/father? I suppose it's just a simple misunderstanding if you weren't puckering your lips/winking to her or anything. :p

Don't you have the customers contact number on company file? you could just, you know.. explain the misunderstanding to him and ask him to pay what he owes.
 
When he called you a "pedo" [sic], you should have replied "Well actually given your daughter is 15 that would make me a ephebophile you ignorant ****"

But on another note, how do you know she was 15?

Joking aside shop him to the rozzers for theft
