Are there any OCUK clans going around? I've just started and I could use a place to ask some noob questions and learn how to play. Had a 3-4 hour session last night and got 2 legendaries... don't know how good they are though. :p

Also is it normal to get random friend invites? Shall I ignore it?

The OcUK Clan is full but you can join the community,

Only thing is there never seems to be many people in the community chat :(

If you fancy playing together I only started playing on Tuesday night so we are probably not too far apart in levels.

I'll be playing tonight and tomorrow for a good few hours :D

It says Russian, but also region-free. Does that mean I can just add this to my EU account?

Yeah supposedly, I myself have never seen or used this site before so not too sure how safe it is.

My only issue is they don't support paypal which means its debit/credit card only and im a bit wary of these Russian sites

Saying that, I did find a few posts on various forums via google of people who have used them and said it they where ok and they send you a scanned product code image etc.

Unfortunately Blizzard made it so that you're not put in community chat automatically, you need to join every single time you start the game which is why many people aren't in.

There was a post on the D3 forum with some suggestions in regards to clans and communities and a blue post said that they are considering increasing the limit on clans and making community chat opt-out rather than opt-in.

Edit: Regarding the Russian version of D3, I don't think they're usable on EU accounts as we're only able to join US, Asia and EU. Russia has an entirely different set of servers which cannot join the servers we can.

Edit 2: Seems I was mistaken. Russia do not have their own servers, but the Russian version of the CD key is restricted to the Russian language only. Also you cannot add a Russian RoS key to an EU D3 account as they only work for Russian version.

Good to know,

Yeah it's a bit of a pain that you have you join the chat, it's the first thing I do now when firing up D3

Anyone got a good Barb build i can copy? :) got my 2h Skorn barb running around on normal cos he sucks too much to do anything higher, i think he has about 80k dps :( its not good at all.

If you want to be invincible then use this.. using it in T2 atm and I can't even die.

If you pop 3 + 4 at the same time the damage is insane and more so if your ancients are all on one mob such as a boss or an elite.

Well I haven't played since the Paragon update so I have a few questions.

Why could I kill diablo on Inferno easily, but now I have trouble on Normal difficulty?

I was never good at deciding what gear was an upgrade or not. Should I upgrade anything that has + damage and + toughness? I'm a demon hunter.

And when looking at the stats of an item, why do some have an orange diamond next to the name?

Okay, should I just reset my quests and work my way through each difficulty again? Or grind? It seems the achievements have changed too. Is there just one achievement per boss instead of an achievement for each difficulty.

Reset quests, start the game on normal mode and complete it, judge how easily you defeated each act, if you breezed through it without a worry then bump it up a notch and repeat, all the time upgrading your gear with the drops, i usually look at +dmg as a priority for a DH and then +toughness, if something gives say +5% dps and only a loss of -1% or so tough then its a good upgrade i feel, if the trade off is say 1% dps and -5% tough then i dont bother.

Basically play the game through on normal, start the next difficulty, if its still very easy then either complete on that or bump to the next tier of difficulty. Eventually you will end up geared enough to solo Torment1 etc

Honestly, I'd say start a new character and begin on Hard or Expert and see how it goes. I started a HC Wizard last week and stuck to normal for the entire first playthrough. I didn't use a single health potion for the entire playthrough and finished it early 40s if I recall. The bosses I was killing in a single spell rotation near enough (cast a few spells, hit Archon, laser for a bit if required, Azmodan died in about 2 seconds).

Agreed,

I started my first play through this week on normal and it's very easy, still enjoyable as I haven't done the story before but it's just way too easy.

Elite mobs just drop like flies and the bosses go down so quick its funny.
