No worries Hamster, enjoy
Now then guys, I'm a little annoyed at something tbh, please tell me if I'm justified or simply throwing toys out the pram. I don't want to make this public on UKV because it's probably an unfair thing to do considering the vendor posts there ocassionally, but I think I can mention it here.
As you can see above, I ordered 6 more juices from vaping king yesterday. I sent a message to Billy King, quoting my order number, absolutely gushing about how wonderful his juices are, telling him how I recently bought monkey jizz, then bought another bottle for my brother, then bought apple pie last week, and am now buying 6 more flavours from him, and also linked him to my glowing review on UKV about his apple pie. I then said to him "I know it's a bit cheeky to ask, but any chance you might be able to slip me a 1ml sample of rhubarb and custard with my order as I can't get on with my alchemists cupboard rhubarb and custard, too perfumey, and wanted to find out if I'd prefer buying yours. Cheers! "
This is the response I got, no more words than this "There has been a response by Billy King to your ticket #- Request for sample.
Sorry but I don't do small sample bottles, they arent cost effective."
That's it, that's all I got back. No gratitude for doing the review which effectively promotes his business, and no tiny sample thrown in considering I'm obviously a good customer that might have actually bought the rhubarb and custard. While I shouldn't expect to get a freebie, I can't say I'm not disappointed with such lack of goodwill, considering other vendors have thrown in freebies to keep me coming back. I could understand him turning down people who haven't bought anything, but come on, I'm spending money buying his stuff. I'm sure his profit margins are tight, but it's a bit ungracious of him isn't it? How expensive would it be for him to throw in a small vial of juice to entice me further?
