Thats good to know, I have tried a few VCs and prefer GVC due to it's much stronger taste generally. Along with Nic base and DDL I have some Capella French Vanilla, NY Cheesecake and Vanilla Cupcake 10ml concentrate bottles on order...

My good lady smashed the tank on her Protank 2 the other day so I replaced it with a Nautilus. Have to say that it is a cracking vape straight out of the box, I certainly have rebuilt the KFL to a worse vape than that thing (although I just don't get on with silica now at all).
Get the KFL right though and you will see why everyone raves about it.
I have been recoiling the ProTank heads to use in the Missus' Mini-ProTank - 8-9 wraps of .3 Kanthal at 1.6ohms around a 1.8mm driver with cotton wick in an S shape laid in the juice trough - WOW those things chuck it out! Improved flavour and tons of vapour, very impressed.
I'm going to put a single microcoil and cotton in the Nautilus soon. Will report back.
This is all improving the missus' vaping experience no end (plus she likes the idea of saving money on the coils) but I have to say that none of it compares to a decently set up single microcoil dripper.
Anyone here tried 2 nano-coils in a KFL? Supposed to be a stonking great vape. Think it was RIP Trippers who did it...then again, everything he does is sick as ****.

Been vaping on 3D dripper (1:1 clone) for the last few days or so and have to say its a really nice vape. Got it set up with dual coils @0.8ohms and man this thing gives of a nice vapour. The thing that attracted the 3D to me is I have been quite into drippers lately but they obviously they all share the same problem where you have to keep feeding them (or dripping, hence the name). This is where the 3D is quite unique as it has its own juice chamber in the bottom which holds roughly 1.5ml of juice and with a quick press of the top part of the atty and it replenishes the wicks with juice. So you get the best of both worlds!
Overall a cracking piece of kit and extremely well made, perfect replica of the original. It also comes with a 510 connector or native nemesis threading for that hybrid look. These are going on the bay for £39.99 which compared to the original will set you back a lot more and the original does not come with the 510 connector, you have to pay extra for that!

I did indeed try a dual coil in my KFL+ and it was brilliant tons of vapour, however it did use quite a bit of juice and finished batteries off quickly!
All my mixing supplies have arrived, time to get tinkering again.

Quick question. Can one steep juices for too long?
All my juices are in a permanent state of steeping. I basically just store them with the lids off all the time.

My thinking would be, that once they are fully steeped, eg. custard after 3 or 4 weeks i would put the cap back on the bottle for longer term storage.
Maybe keeping the lid off permanently will diminish the flavour over time?
That is breathing not steeping. Steeping is just time (I'd add in some shaking and renewing the air) There is a video about it a few pages back but it is really long saying something you could say in 2-3 mins. You shouldn't have the lids off much more than a day imo I prefer to not have the lid off at all and just to squeeze new air in a couple times a day.

Packed in nicotine entirely, or back to the ciggies?
Dunno wtf is going on with my mouth at the moment. Everything tasted great last friday, but this week my mouth just has a horrible bitter, almost metallic taste that taints and overwhelms everything I vape, yet not food. It's like someone coated my mouth and the back of my throat with that stuff that stops you biting your nails. I've bought a tube of biotene gel for dry mouth but that doesn't change anything, pity cos the tube is 8 bloody quid. I'm drinking plenty of fluids. I'm waking up with this taste in my mouth too. I can eat something and it all tastes fine but then shortly after, this dry bitter taste is noticeable again as though I hadn't eaten anything. I'm starting to wonder if it's the coil that's doing this. Last friday I was vaping 12mg apple pie and custard juice in the dripper and it was great. Then I went back to 18mg coconut caramel and the throat hit was extremely peppery. Vaped that for 2 or 3 days. Don't know if that has had some adverse affect.

I find the flavours nice, get that nice throat hit, which i feel is a must with someone who is giving up smoking. I have only tried this site so have nothing to compare it to unfortunately.
I am looking at upgrading my pen though, as it is as basic as they come, could someone kindly have a look at the ones they sell on that site and recommend me something to step up to, nothing too fancy though! Here is the one I use currently.

Tried another atty? Still the same? Likely thing is your body is rebuilding your taste buds. May last a while but look forward to food that tastes better on the other side.
