Ooops wrong tab.
They spend millions finding Bin Laden in the middle of nowhere but when a fully laden passenger jet with innocent lives on board vanishes from radar therefore posing imminent danger to ground and air, not a single **** is given by any "air force".
Both reports are sticking to factual information, no there isn't a note/taped confession saying 'I committ suicide'... In each instance the pilot deliberately crashed the aircraft....
Suppose someone takes a big overdose of sleeping pills/pain killers, a resulting (hypothetical) air accident style report concludes that the organ failure wasn't by natural causes but by the deliberate actions of ingesting sleeping pills - would you also argue that it's not suicide... simply because the report doesn't explicitly state it.
The person in control of missing Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 issued their last communication to air traffic control after the first set of aircraft communications was disabled, Malaysian authorities have confirmed, adding further weight to suspicion that the plane was hijacked.
The latest revelation suggests that the person who delivered the "All right, good night" message to Kuala Lumpur air traffic controllers just before the Boeing-777 disappeared from their radar at 1.22am and diverted from its scheduled flightpath to Beijing was also aware that the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (Acars) had been manually shut down.
Investigations still do not appear to know who was at the helm and what their intentions were when the aircraft disappeared from civilian radar more than a week ago.
If your trying to make a point about pilot suicide however it would be a good idea to link to confirmed instances re your second point they could have mistaken them for sweets even though suicide is a likely fitting scenario its far from conclusively so to the complete exclusion of other possibilities.
Surely ATC would know by the voice if it was the pilot or not but that should be easy to compare from the videos of him talking on his YouTube videos.Interesting development. Whoever spoke to ATC last was the same person who had commandeered the plane.
They are so dsorganised Maybe they should check to see if the plane actually took off.

I am starting to think the Malaysians are clueless now and all these statements by their PM are just fueling ridiculous conspiracy theories.
Simple fact is there is a plane missing and it needs to be found. When it is found hopefully the cause can be found.
Truth is they have lost a very large airliner and don't seem to have a clue where to look.
They either knew there was a problem and tried to react but couldn't so kept quiet or someone on the ground knows far more than they're letting on. So many potential lines of investigation it's unreal. That's been known about for a while. I've been wondering for a couple of days why the ATC didn't point out their transponder had gone offline when he last spoke to the pilot. If it happened before the last exchange why did no one notice!
The aircraft may not have been under a Radar service in which case the controller may not have been aware. That's been known about for a while. Would you be able to recognise one pilot from another just by his voice with the amount of flights you have to monitor or are you on 'autopilot' as it were and take no notice? The aircraft may not have been under a Radar service in which case the controller may not have been aware.

I remember reading that Morse code operators could tell the difference between other operators and could recognise those operators
That doesn't really answer the question though, does it.

Yeah some voices can be quite distinctive. Experienced controllers can pick up on tone as well and recognise when something is wrong.
