Who owns a 350z/370z?

Lots of people on 350z-uk have done a black vinyl roof. Have a look around quite like it myself.

Tbh the mileage is as as much if not more of a factor as how old it is when trying to work out what to look for but...

Keep an ear out for squeaks on the suspension - it may just be drop links (cheap enough) but it could also be the banana arm compression bushes, which are pricey to replace as you have to do the whole arm. Think they are around £250 a side.

Gearboxes are naturally a bit notchy, esp first to second and if the car is not warmed up.

Clutch is a big bill so check if that has been done, and if not that it isn't on its last legs.

I'd also take a good look at the tyres, as if there is rubbish on it then you are looking at £600+ to put some decent rubber on.

Check if the stock exhaust has been replaced as they inevitably die, so if it hasn't already that is a bill waiting to happen on an 04 car.
 
Thanks good note my last 2 cars both needed a clutch not long after so I'll definitely check this out as I know it's not6 a cheap job. Exhaust also noted! Will it smoke if it's burning oil or is a compression test worth it.
 
can any 350z's owners take a photo of the interior from the front back please?
Is there any room behind the front seats at all? (a photo with the front seats as far forward as possible would be great)
 
So I've spent this morning viewing and test driving a Nissan 350z.

Everything about the car is perfect!

2008, GT spec, 31k miles, FNSH, Rays wheels, Satnav, leather interior, silver.

Full Nismo Body kit, 280BHP, May consider getting it mapped!

Price was £7500 but got him down to £7k, £4k for my astra leaving £3k to pay on top.

Will get pictures when i pick her up! Excited :D

Where on earth did you find a 2008 350Z with 31k miles on the clock for £7500? Nothing on autotrader matches that.
 
I've got 57 GT 313 model and there's no way id sell it for 7.5k :(

I thought all post 07 (mebbe even post 06?) cars were 313 models?

Does it have the bonnet buldge?

Does sound too good to be true..

Was going to say, it sounds far too good to be true.

Was it advertised as 280PS AND a 2008 plate? I assume some sort of write-off or big flag on there to make you run away?
