People keep banging on about Offline Mode. Offline Mode in D2 was barely touched. Open Bnet was full of hackers and PKers. Even back then it was all about playing online.

What they need is a better community that stops DDOSing at every opportunity.

Finally got my crsader to 70 with some help from some peeps here (cheers). I was heading off but had around 20 bloodshards so thought, screw it I'll try kadala for a weapon.

On first click I got this one:

Will do for now that's for sure.

They'll never add an offline mode unfortunately, first they had the RMAH meaning that they couldn't have it, now they don't have that they're adding ladders, so they have another excuse to keep it :/.

DH coming along nicely, up to 110% fire damage now and with the announcement that the %damage fix is going to be retroactive I will re-roll ias into %damage on my calamity which will get it to 2.7k+dps.

Just need the following to finish off gear and it will be a case of better versions of the same thing

1) Marauder's Encasement
2) Natalya's Slayer
3) Natalya's Helm with the correct affixes.

None of which can be gambled for unfortunately so its just grinding torment rifts until they drop.

Then I can equip Ring of Royal Grandeur and get Marauder 4 set and Nats 3 set bonuses.

dropped a nice leg amulet that has 10% crit chance, int vit and all resist, should I drop vit or all res for crit dmg boost ? I have 300k hp and 1500 all resist currently.

Can you explain the %damage fix please? Can't see things at work :(

Currently x% damage on weapons only applies to the non-elemental damage on the weapon.

So if you have a weapon with +10% damage, with a weapon that does 250 base dps (the dps that shows before IDing it) and1200-1500 fire (or any element) the 10% will only apply to the 250dps base.

If the 1200-1500 was "black" damage (when it just says "x-y damage" with no element) then the 10% would also apply to that too.

So basically +x% damage is currently useless (I had 966k sheet dps, and rerolled 6% damage on my weapon to something else and my dps only went down to 960k because the weapon has elemental damage) if the damage on your weapon is elemental.

They're fixing this soon though, which will make it one of the best things to have on all weapons instead of only being good for those that RNG black damage.

Edit: what's people's opinions/the math on the bleed damage affix on weapons btw? The weapon I rerolled above got that so atm I have just left it as I'm sure it's worth more than a 0.5% dps boost, but I'm thinking I'd be better rerolling it to damage to elites, or just waiting and rerolling back to %damage.
