I could see it, but then again I'm OCD about this sort of thing.

Is it possible that when the Clove stock (i.e. the new SIM-free stock) ships, this issue may be fixed?

Surely, current stock is still the old stock with all the issues.
 
Got my Z2 yesterday, very happy with it coming from an S2. I've noticed the digitiser while I wasn't actually looking for it. I was sitting next to the window and it go really bright but I haven't seen it under any other conditions and I really don't think it's all that big of a deal. So far, the only thing I'm not happy about is the Three apps that came preinstalled that I'm not able to uninstall. Meh
 
That's strange I uninstalled all my apps Barr the three app itself.

If it is a problem for you, you can go onto xda developers where they have The UK phones4u rom that you can flash for a stockrom free from bloatware.

No idea. Hopefully Saturday as I have things to do next week. I don't want to wait indoors. I upgraded my delivery to Royal Mail special delivery, in the hopes it means a Saturday delivery.

Well they were quick with the Smartband anyway. Only ordered that Friday evening and it's just turned up. Completely useless currently but delivered promptly all the same.
 
Rainforest have now updated their website indicating a release date of the 13th May, I'm guessing this is a general release date but I don't know if any people have pre ordered will get it before then but going on the 8th May cut off for the £50 voucher it implies something about the 9th May which falls in line with Clove.

On a side note Tesco Direct indicate they have stock of the Z2 sim free also at £549.99 but you do get Clubcard points!
 
I would like to echo that 4k on phone looks great, played on a larger screen though isnt to great at all. Good job I have ordered that new 4k Sony camcorder.

Nokia 1020 camcorder seems as good if not a little sharper
 
Loving mine. Fantastic battery life. Three days now without a charge and quite a lot of usage. The noise cancelling works quite well. I work in a noisy office and it pretty much kills all the background noise for almost peace!

3 days??????????? That's incredible.

Someone else on here was saying it wasn't that good at all.

Did no one get the Sony speakers with it though?

Also any idea how the video recording compares to the rivals?
 
Phone arrived this morning, looking at it, i can see the digitizer quite clearly. On white's you can see it, but when i change the angle i can see it visibly. When in direct sunlight i have a reflection off of the grids points (Dots across the grid).

Apart from jono do others not have this same issue?

I think they are all like it. A work colleague has one and i had a look at it the other day and I saw the same thing on it as i had done on both the ones i had. He was chuffed with it though so i didn't say anything.

I guess it depends on how good your eyes are and how picky/anal you are about this sort of thing.

It is definitely not for me though.

I'm not sure I agree. I haven't noticed it on two shop models and I went looking for it. I am still wondering whether a lot of the dodgy batches made it into circulation.
