Whilst gambling for a SoJ last night I picked up a 2nd Unity ring with reasonable rolls. So I have one for me and the Templar now.

Been trying to get 8% CDR but ran out of gold :(

However I did not have the Relic for my templar that made him immune to dying. This morning whilst doing a couple of bounties before work it was the only leg item I found! :D

So now I can use the uber Unity thing. Still need 2 more Akkhans pieces though to really start rocking the higher torments as I get Wrath starved when things take too long to kill. May try crafting some Reapers wraps until then.
 
has the expansion become free yet? :p wouldn't mind playing it through but cba spending so much on something that I'll probably play once then hate because I rarely get good drops :p
 
Might try the same thing Eulogy, need needing a decent amulet slot. 20 shards a pop though :( so little wonder i get anything from gambling.
 
Congrats on the second unity. Let me know how it goes if you try it out on a higher torment level as I am still waiting on my second unity. I think I would be pretty survivable but I have a feeling my DPS might make it a little bit of a slog.

Yeah, the 20 shards for an amulet is tough to swallow. I am still looking for a good one and can't bring myself to gamble for the amulets yet.

I got mine from a drop in the end, but I've had loads of amulets and only 1 or 2 that have the right stat distribution really.

I had a quick bash on a T5 Act 4 bounty, took me about 15 mins to finish it I think.

Boss took long enough for me to get second Akarat's up (single target DPS is bad with kiwi throwing anyway). So was probably about 1 min to kill the boss or so.

Survivability was really good, if I had 6 pc Akkhan's I think this would be really viable on T5/T6, for now though I will probably do better farming T3/T4 and getting those Akkhan's pieces I need :)

If anyone has a Crusader and needs Akkhan's as well, I would be happy to do some joint rifts for loot splitting. Probably on the weekend though as I can play more often then. I have boots, chest and gloves. Need legs/helm and shoulders.

Just do act 1 caches. Gorget of Leoric rolls nicely as you are guaranteed a primary stat (not vit) and crit chance. It also rolls with all resist that you can reroll into either crit damage or elemental damage. You just need the 1 random primary to roll a DPS stat and you have a great ammy. In the mean time you can get blood shards to do some gambles for an ammy if you want and probably some drops here and there.
 
Yep and you also get a shot at getting a RRoG if you don't have one already (or a better one if you do), my WD has a reasonable Act 1 neck too.

Best neck in game is probably one of the affix immunity ones with the same stats but small chance to get one like that :)

I don't mind A1 but some of the bounties can be downright annoying, like the spider caverns, or running around the big fields of misery.
 
Eulogy ill run some Crusader with you. My Crusader is turd, though so youll be carrying me, but i need to gear him badly.
I can return the favour with my uber monk.

on the subject of Leoric necks, im happy with mine!

Thanks for the advice mate, didnt realise there was a amulet specific to act1 like Rrog. So chance to get it from the act 1 horadric caches.

Do you guys run act 1 bounties on normal or torment? Does diffculty actually affect the drop chance and quality of the item ?

Quickest on Normal mode atm, and rolls just the same. In the future difficulty may affect chance to get the items (and you could get torment only legs from caches too) so running on T1 + in the future would probably be more efficient.

Normal is a bit easy mode really too :D
 
To be honest T1 is pretty easy mode. It's T4 that's the biggest jump. Starting a game in T4 is just like suddenly playing Dark Souls without realising.
