Hmm... I have some prezapped norez/rez/norez wires rated at 1.5 OHMs for use in my Sophia and they come out as 1.5 ohms no matter how I wrap the coils. They look pretty tightly packed to me. Will try again tonight and see if I can test this theory - assuming I don't crack all the ceramic cups trying to do it (again)... ;)
 
Scope's juices are brilliant, but I get the tart taste on all of them (fresh coils, thoroughly cleaned tank).

I've ordered some TripHammer juices today, hopefully be a nice change.

I could be wrong, but certainly any time I've shorted two wraps by mistake it has dropped the resistance a lot. Just use a multi meter on a length of wire, then wrap it into a microcoil and see what it comes to after you heat it into one piece. Maybe if the wraps touch neatly all the way around then it balances out as it is travelling through the same amount of wire.
 
Bagged myself a Rose V2 on UKV over the weekend, oh my its a good little (well not little) atty, very easy to build, i really like the adjustable juice control, and dare i say it, it has more flavour and tons more vapour than my kayfun, they are both running the same setup, same juice, even on identical mods with Efest 35amp batteries - but the Rose is just ahead of the kayfun for me. The 2 things that get to me, the size - its quite tall, so my nemesis magnets in 18650 mode only just hold it without firing - And the lack of changeable drip tip, missing my PTFE tips already but the all in one SS isnt that bad ill get used to it again.
My RY4 Nutzilla has never tasted so full before.
 
Will do fella, ordered yesterday afternoon so hopefully here today or tomorrow. They get good reviews generally so they should be good but will post my findings when they arrive :)
 
Well got my Kayfun, did a coil, tbh the wire I got with the unit was rubbish and small so only got around 4 turn before it was almost out. Used some cotton for it. Got it all working and it is lovely.

Vaping on Scopes Apple Tart has never been nicer, just ordered some good kanthal from Germany via a UKV post I found and I'll then have a go at a better coil.

Very happy now, glad I moved away from the iClear 30's - compared to the kayfun they are nasty.

Yeah thats one of the best places to get your wire from Josh. Just need some organic cotton wool. Theres plenty out there, but this has been posted a few time in this thread.

Got some organic asda cotton wool which seems nice, dont think I dried the kayfun enough after I cleaned it, getting an ever so slight wet/watery taste.

Looking forward to getting some better wire now. Going to order some from the above as the german one won't be here until 27-29th!

Can't seem to get this to work, anything special I need to do?

Am adding 2x10ml to my basket, selecting 'apply discount code', and nothing! :(

edit: PardonTheWait : Me too dude, me too! :p What atty are you going to couple it with? I've a Fogger V4/Kayfun ready to go, but am thinking a black kayfun with a custom top cap will look smart!

Yeah I got the same when i tried to do it when they sent me the email. Thought tbh, their stuff isn't anything special anyway...
