I think disenfranchised voters are perfectly entitled to make bloody nose votes for whatever reason they see fit. My post was after several beers so wasn't the most eloquent, but seeing as I wouldn't vote for most of the others on principle, and what with there being no "none of the above " box, I'm happy to see a bit of mayhem on the EU vote at least. Protest votes don't have to be deep and meaningful for some, as long as it's the political equivalent of a kick to the gonads. I don't trust any of them anymore, and I'm sure UKIP are no different.
I'm hoping that these rumblings make the mainstream gauge public opinion when it comes to policy making but we all know it'll be empty promises come general election time.
