What are Nitron shocks like? Was looking at them for the Street Triple. Haven't really heard of them before a forum post mentioned them

Passed with no problems !
Only had the bike a month and almost forgot...checked old MOT last night and it run out today (Saturday).
Anyways, sorted now !

new bearings in the suspension linkage

Got the Bonnie MOT'd yesterday, finally back on the road. Only one advisory, think the front disc will need replacing for the next one.

Currently waiting for the new rear pads and disc to bed in properly. Also got a new rear tyre, so am taking it easy at the moment!

Done a few little things that needed doing/fitting to the bike today.

Messed about for about 4-5 hours with various bits of micron headers and none of them fit for what I need so will sell on the set for K4 1000 and keep a look out for the link pipe I need for the K5.

Quick release cap

New R&G bungs to replace both the damaged ones

New correct top yoke nut to go with the sprint damper, £25 for one nut!
And the carbon yoke cover is new too.

Presumably to fit an endless chain, though I'm still not convinced a properly riveted standard chain isn't perfectly up to the job.

Oddly enough, I made friends who is best mates with the guy who came up with R&G so now I get an insane discount on any of it's stuff. Pretty cool, but I've never had any thing like it on any of my bikes... I should really. HUGE money saver if dropped.

exactly that, i couldnt be faffed with taking the chain apart as i keep braking chain rivit tools

im thinking of getting me one of these to rivet the new chain on though,sick os spending £20-£25 for the shop to do it

haha like wise its no problem was only 3 bolts the bike has a centre stand still, i havent cut it off for this reason

I have only just got a chain tool, before that it was angle grinder to get them off and a hammer and punch to get the new links on !

you ever had any chains snap? ive had two,and one was a split link,just filtering in traffic I heard a crunching sound,and pulling away fast from lights snapped the other
