Ok ive been toying with getting this for a while now, is it worth getting! silly question i know but ive not played DIABLO since i was a young wee boy and wanted to know if its great how does the co-op work etc etc.

Lucky enough to get the Bombadiers ruckasck already, ****ing love it now I have an army of 5 sentries to wreck everything.

Been reading around and I think I will aim for Maraduers, been spending all my shards on weapons and they always suck, seems better to aim for gear. Then I just need a really nice bow and I should be doing ok.

Cons gave me an awesome Bombadiers yesterday (<3)!

I got 10% sentry after a few rolls, I think I will leave it there for now as I think I would need 30-40M gold to have a real crack at getting a higher % with any chance of success.

I accidentally gambled for Marauders gloves last night whilst trying to get shoulders. Clicked gloves once by mistake and boom! Marauders gloves lol. My Marauders legs are missing a socket but I had some useless skill there instead, I figured 400-500 vita was better than rolling the socket instead to x2.

I should be able to literally roll my SOJ from Str to Dex too, I don't think I re-rolled it yet. I clearly still need some upgrades though.

If anyone is up for running some rifts tonight I am happy to do some. I am geared for somewhere around T4 I reckon.

I wouldn't bother with sentries until you can get 6 mara going. A straight cluster fire build is more efficient up to T4, plus you can use magefist.

Hehe funnily enough I did that but the other way around :) actually got very little through gambling but had a super lucky streak last night where I found 4 pieces of akkhans and a 60% darklight so I'm pretty well set on a basic fire starter set. T5 for now as the rest of my gear is fairly weak and using darklight efficiently needs you to get in their faces somewhat. No unity at the mo either.
 
Not sure why I didn't get D3 at launch, but I've got it now and I'm loving it.

My only problems is that I am finding it very easy on hard. I started on normal then changed it to hard in ACT1. I'm now possibly 3/4 of the way though ACT2 and its still way to easy. Is this how it is suppose to be until I get to adventure mode? I really didn't see much difference between normal and hard.

Darklight did my head in due to screen shake, I am playing the Nuke it from Orbit build instead:

It's my build, based off the FotF with Eberli shield, 2h with FotH means you don't get anywhere near as much screen shake.

I tested the same build with a couple of other skills and it works well too. Good with Blessed Hammer (Limitless rune) or Sweep attack (the Holy one that draws enemies in). I really want some Akkhans boots/helm with Sweep Attack damage on them it's just not something I've found yet :(.

I got Marauders shoulders with not so great rolls this evening, but it brings me to 4 parts with RRoG so just 2 more needed.

Yeah turns out I had in fact rolled the SOJ to CHD % already, so can't reroll it :(
 
Its not that im in charge or anything but im only going to be accepting invite requests to Social with associated forum posts. There's too many now!

I think most people should try expert/master as it not difficult atm to do well without even any good gear. As long as you stick to the concepts and upgrade the right gear as you get it, you will do fine.

I run similar sometimes, you can take it either way with either Darklight buffing your FotH or FotF with Heavens Fury/Ascendancy. Divine Well does reasonable damage too, although it doesn't keep up with Firestarter really.

It's a pretty fun build with a nice spread of damage over 2 nukes.
 
OCUK was full when i tried to join, Mak started Overclockers Social, so i joined that. We're pretty active now.

There's no reason for 2 other than that the first got full. Then they emptied it out, so we could all fit, but we have a nice little thing going on in OS so i've felt no need to transfer.
