Hmm... He'd be great value at £20m, but I don't really see the need. Chelsea now have Oscar and Fabregas who can fill the 'central attacking midfielder' role. Do we really need a third man?
Sure he could be played deeper, in a central/holding role alongside Matic, but there are players out there more suited to this role (e.g. Pogba / Carvalho / Modric / Vidal).

I'd imagine it's one or the other for a "big name" Vidal is the most needed but sounds like it will screw Arsenal if we do get Vidal

We can have both if RM are pushing Di Maria out for their yearly stellar signing, Rodriguez in this case. Di Maria over Nani and Valencia anyday.

That would be a lot of money though, like a lot of money.
I think Di Maria would be a step to far, in terms of both whether or not we can pull it off and whether we should spend the amount of cash that we would have to to get him.
Vidal is would be much, much more important to strengthen the squad.

Man Utd still left without an decent LB, RB or CB. Don't matter though they are getting another attacking player.

I don't think Jones is good enough and Evra starting to look on the decline these days. Still need another one though.
We have Shaw as first choice and Evra as second....
Shaw and Evra are fine for LB and Rafael + Jones/Valencia will do at RB, perhaps not ideal but I wouldn't make it a priority.

Surely no club would shell out £15m for Fellaini and pick up his undoubtedly hefty wages. Not after the season he had. I expect the best you'll get is a loan move with the majority/all of his wages being paid for.
