Yes mate. Not impressed at all.you need like 20 Titans to even get playable framerates. I'm getting the Asus swift. World first 1440p 144hz mass produced monitor. Just don't want 4k...I'll wait a year or two.

Fair enough. I absolutely love it but very tempted to jump to the Acer 4K G-Sync model if the reviews are decent. I could do with PCM2 getting one and giving his feedback.

Most of the fast paced games like FPS give me a headache. For 4k movies it's great,but for gaming it's a huge let down. I have a few friends with 4k monitor.

Fair enough, but I do think it's something you have to try for a few days b4 dismissing it.

I did really. I was just about to buy the Samsung 4k then the ROG swift had a release date and I got all excited about a 1440p 144hz and g-sync. I said DAMN! That monitor is mine. In 2 weeks Ill be happier then pigs in......I think you the rest

Simple really, having the frame rate low and jumping all over place can give people motion sickness and headache.

60hz on any monitor gives me a headache. I don't game on my DGM. Waiting for the ROG to release in 2 weeks. Finally can play some games. Getting sick of xbox one.

You do know the Xbox One outputs at either 60 fps or 30 fps?

Cheers Martin, do you know exactly when next year though? Didn't realise it would take them that long, thought freesync would come with a display driver update.

True, but it doesn't bother me like my monitor.

I played Sniper Elite 3 yesterday and it's fine only because I'm not moving very much. It does however pains when running away.

When I had my old Asus 27" 144hz monitor at 1080p I had no issues. I moved up because 1440p because it looked amazing, but 60hz sucks tbh

I believe some could. I messaged BenQ and my Display wont get updated. I thought I last heard they could come this year?

Not sure, and monitors on a whole suddenly won't become Freesync, it's very likely you'll have to buy monitors.

There's a few that may see an update, although it'll be a firmware update.
I'm rocking an Asus 21:9 now, and I have no expectation it'll go freesync, I have the feeling I'll be waiting into the middle of next year to get a 3440x1440 freesync monitor.
