That's why I've stayed away from this place for the past few weeks myself. Place is getting worse and worse day by day sadly and it's no longer fun being on here anymore
While I agree the last 30 posts or so have been rubbish, you can't pop up and post what you did "lollerpool lololol", then complain about this place getting worse.

Im sure they were still going strong when they picked up the FA cup at the end of the season.

I was saying before the deal went through that it would have been a great deal for Liverpool and if they got Sanchez I would have thought you did well to get in a younger version of Suarez and some money.
Danger now is just spending to get someone in jut for the sake of replacing him. Could take a punt on balitelli for a cheap £20m
Higuain would be good if available.

I'm unsure. He didn't set the world alight at other clubs. Would be nice for him if he did, although after the subway ad I like him a little less

Can we ban the 'banter' word there is a special thread in te forum for such none sense .
I actually wouldn't be surprised if Sturridge did improve without Suarez, hes that sort of player who needs to be THE target man, I'm not saying he cant play as part of a partnership but he seems to play better when he knows that he is the guy to aim for.
Whats more worrying I would think is the comparative lack of defensive targets being looked at, which was really where Liverpools main issue last season lied.

Yup there are many liverpool fans who for some reason hate us with a passion. They post immature baited posts aboout arsenal every time. More than Spurs fans. At least Spurs and Arsenal are arch local rivals so it is expected but liverpool?

FA cup, the one no one cares about until their season is over. Fact is Liverpool have mounted two serious title challenges in recent history where Arsenal haven't. When they lost torres it was supposed to be all over and now it is again with no suarez. Yet they have still gottent closer to the title in recent years than Arsenal.
Yes the FA cup is great if you are Everton or Wigan but it's nothing more than a distant consolation prize these days with so many teams getting in europe anyway. I personally would rather see the FA cup get a CL place and remove one from the league position. Try to make it worth something again.
Ozil is a decent player but you have to expect more from his this year, in his 2nd season. He needs to prove his worth this year. Sanchez is a very good signing but I still don't think it will be any closer to the title when the season is over.

I don't think the FA Cup will ever be seen as worthless. Liverpool fielded their strongest teams for it. maybe that's just how I feel about it for personal reasons. The worthless cup, I would agree, nothing more than a reserve team cup but still fun to watch the younger players coming through. All good.
At the current squad situation I'm slightly confident we will finish above Liverpool this season short of a major injury run. Which always happens
Even with his biting ban suarez will be hard to replace.
Time will tell I guess.
