Fergy earned the right to give the job to who he liked but still was too much risk with Moyes to come good compared to Mourhino or whoever

God knows. :( I think SAF underestimated himself, and having managed the club for so long, how much of a step up it is from a club like Everton, even if they're only a few league places behind.

Things are definitely looking a lot better now. Everyone is much happier.

I think Van Gaal is perfect for us, any problems he's had have mostly been a result of interfering board members and other similar factors, we'll just leave him to it.

It seems a few people are forgetting that Nani is likely to be part of the Vidal deal, and while he may not be any good in the EPL, with a fresh start in Italy (where the style of play is completely different) and Nani only signing a new deal last summer he could easily be worth 10m + (euros or pounds) which for both sides is a lot more pallatable.

given that Juve HAVE to sell before they can strengthen their own squad, its surely a question of which is worse to sell Pogba or Vidal - and , in theory at least, Pogba is already worth more is younger and therefore worth keeping at least another season or two

Ive started seeing rumours of Reus being unhappy with Barcelona over choosing Saurez over him - anyone believe these, and if the di Maria deal has fallen through (not sure why he /his agent would even start talks and agree wages if he was so determined to be playing CL next season, but anyway) will Utd go back and talk to BD / Reus?

Seeing as Reus seems to think he was set to go to Barca......that kind of disproves that they wont sell......now for a price Utd want to pay is another matter.
 
I've seen those Vidal quotes Frank, and the video of the interview, so they are indeed real. The independent translations sound a bit better than the one in your link:

Pogba was seen in London (close to Chelsea) and now sources are saying that he is close to signing for Chelsea.

Many sources are also claiming Vidal is close to signing for Manchester United.

Surely Juve will sell only one of the two?

Vidal has always said he wanted to stay at Juve but now he seems not so determined. I saw a quote saying that one day he would love to play for one of the best teams in the world (Man United) and when asked about his future after one of the Chilie games, he seemed hesitant to answer, although he said he wants to stay at Juve.

If Juve do sell both, they will have quite a treasure chest :p

Pogba was just on holiday, it's been confirmed as rubbish. Pogba's value is only going to increase, so it'd make more sense for them to keep hold of him.
 
I think that is why there should be an urgency at OT to get Evra and Nani off the books for Vidal as not only is it a Chelsea blow for getting Pogba but it keeps the little Balotelli MK II toerag from coming back and doing us over for £60m.


The wages are insignificant he can be offered Nani and Evra's wages which would be 180k per week. And united could potentially raise £30m from sales too so Vidal could esentially come in for free in a way.

Yes it would be a good summer for Arsenal. We have kept all the players again except for Sagna but that's not a loss in my eyes.

Still a lot of time before the transfer window shuts as well.
