We don't know if we'll be buying a top quality striker to replace him but two proven Premiership players for £12.5 million in total isn't bad business and bolsters the squad for more games this season.Because you now have lost Suarez and replaced him with 2 strikers. I doubt that Remy has come to Liverpool to play a bit part and come on as a sub the whole time.
We now have Sturridge, Sterling, Lambert, Markovic and Remy with the likes of Ibe coming through the ranks as opposed to just having Sterling, Sturridge and Suarez last season. Lambert and Remy also give us a good plan B if passing and counter attacking football fails.
