Did you read the FAQ? It has an approval process that due to the amount of applications takes ages to approve.

I will do at some point, no need to at the moment as I've got plenty else to play. I'll give it a while and see if issues are still appearing in its absense.

It's out. 194MB, notes say its for stability.
Took about 3 months for mine to be approved. I used work email.
The FAQ does state that at times there are thousands to approve/filter.
One of the games I picked up when I bought my PS4 was Tomb Raider. Didn't play it as I thought it'd be poor, just been playing it today and wow! What a game. The graphics are excellent, the jumping isn't annoying (although a few QTEs are). Really impressed so far.

Still missing dnla and 3d bluray it's an utter joke, MS have 3d bluray already which considering Sony developed bluray it's a **** take
3D Blu-ray will likely come eventually but they haven't even talked about media streaming other than to acknowledge that people have said they want it. There's still plenty of functionality that they have talked about (e.g the suspend/resume feature, YouTube uploads) for them to start bothering with themes and stuff.
MS updates are better, Sony are slow

I don't fully disagree, but then MS have largely been adding a lot of functionality over the past 6 months that the PS4 had from the start. The main difference is that MS have felt more compelled to give people what they're asking for due to their current place in the market.
