On a separate note are compact bars less comfortable then ergo bars on the drops because of the lack of flat section, i'm sure someone has experience of both?
Saw that on facebook earlier. Watched it about 10 times now and I still cant work out how he managed to pick it up off the ground whilst riding along at ~30mph![]()
Looks like the rider intentionally knocks it out the fans hands to me.

. I think the lower limit screw is set correctly as when I'm in the smallest gear it's JUST brushing the guard.Anyone got any hints on adjusting front derailleurs?
I'm doing my nut in trying to get it right. Large chain ring is fine, but changing down to the small chainring is causing problems. Usually it doesn't change down at all, but if it does move down it moves down too far and throws it off the inside. I've been following this guide but I'm still stumped. I'm tempted to take it to my LBS but I've just replaced the entire drive train and I feel like I'd be failing at the final hurdle!

I feel a bit sick after very high-intensity rides and wont be hungry for 20-30 mins after I stop. I can eat huge amounts of food as soon as the sick feeling goes away though.
Yeh, similar I suppose. I felt quite nauseous after my last ride, which went away quite quickly, but I tried to eat dinner and it came back.
The next day I demolished everything in sight.
and I'm not expect the front bolt to be so loose that I can turn the cog by hand.
