Can do that for you no problem. But we need a budget for you. What are you willing to spend? It's not necessarily that the more you spend, the better the "hit" or whatever, but there is a price-point where it REALLY starts coming together.

However, that price-point is at a place that I wouldn't have been happy with to "try" vaping. If you think you can give it a proper go, then spend the money right first time. If you are just wanting to see "if it might work", then we can suggest cheaper options.

This is great advice. I got a evod to start with. Endless problems with leaking and it put me off. So I bought a more expencive top bit (not sure of the name) and its miles better. But then the hit wasn't that good so I've bought a better battery, now I want something better.

So I would say spend a little more than you would really want to. If you start smoking you could always give it another go or even sell what you have bought but I doubt you would get much back tbh

So in total I've spent around £40 but its a ok bit of kit I have but if I had of just spent the £40 first time round then maybe I would have something a little better than what I have now

I'm going to keep this brief. I can't handle reading through this monster topic because it is full on acronyms I don't understand. So apologies if this has been done countless times before but, spec me a vaporiser please! I want to quit smoking and I watched a video of someone smoking mum's custard (sorry, vaping). Looked like a good way to give rollies the boot. Cheers!

The first e-cig I bought without knowing anything about them was an Itaste MVP 2, great for around the house but if you want something for out and about then you can't go far wrong with a Vision Spinner 2.

The best tanks I've found on both of the above (for flavour) is either a mini protank 3 or Kanger EMOW.

If you shop around it should be around £40 all in (without juice). Flavours are pretty subjective and depend on your personal taste.

Did anyone else manage to bag an aspire nautilus for £11.99 yesterday from vapeland.co.uk?

Will probably never use it, but figured £11.99 for the atty (pluys a fiver for the SS shell) wasn't a bad deal. Damn impulse buys :p

Hey guys

Been vaping for just over a week now using an evod setup.

Was on e-lites horrible things in comparison (but they got me off the analogs for nearly 3 months now), today I just ordered an MVP 2.0 :)

Any guidelines on which settings to use going to be running it with some Kanger protank 3 minis using 1.5 ohm coils to start with.

Also any nice juice suggestions been vaping some Mrs Lords Druide & Toffee apple.

Cheers all

Anyone know when the IPV2 will be back in stock in the UK?

Want one now as my mod is not cutting it. Everywhere is OOS but saying "Coming Soon"

Any insider info would be nice...

Start at around 8 watts, and see how you like it. 10 watts is great, but anything much over that and pre-made coils tend to suck.

Good shout on the MVP. I wish that had been my first ecig purchase, but alas I took the (initially) cheaper option, which lasted a day before realising this was going to work, then got a Vamo... Never looked back.

Guys wonder if you can help me.

Making my own juices (fruit mainly) using Pink Spot concentrates, use to use Capella too.

I make 10ml batches at a time. 1ml nic/ 2ml concentrate/ 4 PG / 3 VG. Using straight after making these juices they are full of flavour, however, when I go back to refill, and after time, the flavour disappears almost completely. Steeping is suppose to have the opposite effect?

First I thought it might be down the the coils I make myself. (using mini protank II or mini aeortank.) Thought maybe the cotton instead of silica was doing it, but after buying new coils I found this wasn't the case. Then I moved onto the ohms of the coils. Using 28g and 32g and using anything from 1.2ohms - 2ohms I also concluded it wasn't this. I find more flavour at the lower spectrum is this the general consensus? Is it because there is more power, thus heat, to the coil? I have also used juice I have bought already made as a comparison, and the flavour is always there.

So now I am at a bit of an end. I don't think it's my coils, (the cotton or the resistance.)
Might it be that I use an ego battery and so the volts supply would vary?
Might it be the mixture I do? Maybe using more PG?
Maybe it's the 10ml quantity I make up? and only using 2ml of juice, even though it's 20% just isn't enough to hold onto a flavour?

Anyone have similar experience?

Are you changing juices between? If you vape the same flavour for awhile you just get used to it and don't taste it the same.

Yes, I got 3 or 4 on the go constantly. Takes me ages to get through a tank though sometimes. Will experiment more.

Create an extra bottle in your next batch, give it a good shake and leave it in the back of a cupboard for a week dude, it's not so much with fruit flavours but more so deserty type flavours, but the difference a good steep makes to juice can be incredible for flavour!
