hmm

currently at 92 percent after flashing cm and charging up fully today

used phone to browse a bit and facebook

2hours 11mins on battery and screen on time of 54 mins

is this the legendary battery life that i have been missing

used the latest nightly build of cm
 
Just dropped my phone :( Managed to crack the glass, the LCD & touch work perfectly however the gass is in a state. Are they easy to replace?
 
managed to get one from Vodafone for £175. happy days. will go nicely with the £100 G Pad from earlier this year :)

any recommendation on a protective case for G2? not flip.

I've owned tons of phones over the years, and bought lots of different cases. This is one of the few which doesn't actually scratch the phone when putting it in, and taking it out!
 
Another vote for the slim armour I also have the otao glass film on the screen so much better than the plastic ones.
 
Wouldnt personally bother with a case and screen protector, makes the phone feel clunky and massive, same for a screen protector, if anything they add no purpose, the scratch and look messy after a weeks use. Case did nothing to protect my phone from cracking. Why ruin a beautiful screen with a cheap plastic £2.99 screen protector??? Pointless.

Just very sad my glass snashed :(((( was in mint condition.
 
I have one of these,
OTAO Ultra Edition Premium Clear LG G2 0.3ml X Lambo highest level protection 9H Pro with a slim armour case, screen looks and feels like there is no screen protector on apart from the edge as the g2 has curved edges. No marks at all on it so far.
 
Genuine question, would it stop the screen from smashing? Mine has not scratched even in the same pocket with my keys, does it not make the screen feel less smooth? Maybe I have been lucky with the screens I have had, even my S5 is naked and in mint condition. IMO the phone feels much better withoutt he S View cover on, makes it feel way too big :)

Just my own views mind.

One year on

Still love it , just got another one for wife £150 from vodaphone . Will see what the g4 brings as would like a high resolution screen for vr headset. Still impressed with battery life and looking forward to lollipop .
 
Still happy with mine too had it since Nov 13 I think. Still quite snappy, never reset or wiped or anything and just standard LG updates.

Cracking phone, especially when you can buy them so cheap nowadays :)
