Cheers.

Had a ridiculous session on the go yesterday had all kinds of rare stuff dropping in it! I had:

- Frostburn
- T&T
- The Witching Hour
- Fire SoJ

Friend had:

- Wand of Woh

Not a bad haul when you consider the relative % drop chances of all those items!! I have a Rhen'ho but it's not that great.

So I'm thinking:

- Toads
- ???????
- BBV
- Zombie Dogs (with TMF)
- Fetishes
- Spirit Walk

Passives:

- Pierce the Veil
- Fetish Sycophants
- Midnight Feast
- ????????

Here's my WD.

Could do with more toughness at the moment, or a load more dps. T6 is doable with Unity but I don't think I would be able to go without it. If I come up against a tough elite mob or 2 mobs together with nasty affixes I'll die. But otherwise it's not too bad.

Tall Man's finger and Mask of Jeram just make the build for me. I'd love a tasker and theo but I don't think it would improve things *that* much over the half decent Magefist I currently have. Think I ideally need a decent Stone of Jordan/RROG instead of Unity and a better amulet at the moment.

- Toads (addling for poison or explosive for fire)
- gargantuan with wrathfully protector
- BBV
- Zombie Dogs (with TMF)
- Piranando
- Spirit Walk

Passives:

- Pierce the Veil
- Fetish Sycophants
- Midnight Feast
- zombie handler or fierce loyalty

I thought the same till I got them. T&T are far better than even perfectly rolled Magefists for a pet build. So good even DH's use them for their sentries.

I have spent a while playing around with pet builds, from poison (40% poison), fire (58% fire damage) and physical which I'm running now. I have found my current build to be the best, I need some new shoes thou, looking for ice climbers hopefully, and an amulet that helps me survive better.

With soul harvest + swiftness at 15 I'm at 1.4m dps. Damage is pretty nice but need more resistance I feel to help me keep alive a bit better.

I have found gargantuan next too useless so I recently switched it for soul harvest, decent bonus in damage and it heals me which can save me at times.

After I gear up my DH a bit more I'm gonna make a wizard I think and play around with that for awhile.

I don't get along with the Garg personally. He seems to put out pretty weedy dps compared to the TMF Zombie dog or the Fetish army in addition to being stupid as hell and not attacking a lot of the time. I'm liking haunt at the moment with chill to slow enemies down, let's me control range a little more even if it doesn't really put out much dps. Will give soul harvest a go to see what it is like later.

I do keep rolling trying to get a T&T though. Would allow me to switch to a different damage type - I do kinda fancy going with poison for a bit of a change. I've got the Swamp Land Wader pants but I'd lose 500 int changing to them at the moment due to losing a set item. Really need that damn rrog!

I use cains boots and legs on my WD, nice attack speed boost. Also use Aughilds shoulders, chest and bracers for damage reduction and elite bonus.

The garg is a good it does insane amount of damage with wrathfully protector that why the only up for only 15 secs. Depending on your build he not a must but he a lethal elite killer 1 to 3 hits depending on your dps. Since the 2.1 patch he has improved AI, give it a try ;)

Edit stupid iPad

Caines set - Good shout, hadn't thought of that. I've got a tonne of crafting materials so I'll make some later and see where that puts me. If worst comes to worst I'll chuck them on my wizard!

Garg - I'll try him again... See how my patience holds up :p

I stopped using the Garg after getting Starmetal. They say they fixed the AI but I still found him standing around or getting stuck. Plus it's only good if you're using a fire based build.

Similar to yours I just swapped out Garg for fetish army after getting Starmetal. Dog still does the most damage with those 200+ mil crits and it's basically always up unless you're doing 30+ grifts. Pre 2.1 patch I remember my wrathful protector garg doing 400+ mil crits but this was apparently a bug and I never seen him crit that high afterwards.

GR36 Seasonal cleared on my Crusader, attempted GR37 but my god was horrible mobs/map :(

Really need another Unity now, could probably push this further if I had one.

Congrats!

Yeah it really sucks when you get a bad map, you know as soon as you enter that you're going to struggle. That cave from Act 5 in the Blood Marsh is the worst, has so little monsters in it and it's like a labyrinth.

Yeah with ur smk you can basically keep you fetish army alive without zunni's which is a nice alternative.

Still waiting for mine but not been playing my regular chars, with seasons on

Did I mention I got T&T and how good they rolled? :D :D

I dunno what's with me - I get all the rare items quite quickly but common as muck items (like Jeram) I didn't get until now... oddly enough after they made it rarer.
