There is DEFINITELY loot table manipulation going on in this game. The amount of rings dropping tonight and in particular Unity was ridiculous. Certainly was not conincidence. I seen multi people ID 2/3 rings at same time and I done a T6 where 2 set rings and a normal leg ring all dropped from the guardian.... This was the rift after my other Unity dropped. Dunno wtf Blizz is playing at.

2 reasons

1 - There are more legendary rings than any other type, so naturally they are going to drop more often.
2 - People are gambling for rings and so you will see even more of them

Nothing to do with gambling them. My post refers to people ID'ing them with book of cain and looting 2/3 at a time. It was no coincidence.

It is a coincidence. I've had a lot of rings recently too. That's just how it goes. Are you one of those people who believes that Neil Armstrong didn't go to the moon? :D

Just before very recently all I got was Boots and Bracers. Now it's nicely spread across the item sub types. You know what that is - random! :)

Remember once when all I got was ring, for maybe 6 rifts or so.
 
OK mate.

Tried pet build for a rift last night and I'm aware my gear isn't fully optimised as I'm missing a good Rhen'ho or Starmetal but other than that it's pretty close to exactly what you need... I dunno it just felt a bit meh to me. Obviously it's a completely different play style to the other builds (poison spam / Jade) but I didn't really feel that strong or effective as I do with Jade.

Am I missing something? Summon big angry dog. Spam toads to proc fetishes, run around doing stuff to avoid damage and increase damage via Mr Yan pants. Use BBV / FA when available. Profit?

Sounds about right, how hard does your dog/fetish hit. I find the biggest problem with pet build is fetish just don't survive to well once you get GR 30+ and you have to keep spawning them, compared to T6 where I always have 15 little buggers.
 
100 -150M I think depending if I'm moving or static. I only have 2 of the dog passives though - not the third one. Stuff was dying quickly enough and it wasn't difficult (T6 is pretty easy with an even half arsed Jade / Pet build) but didn't feel that effective. The TMF dog is hilarious though. He literally chomps through stuff so quickly.

Edit: I ditched my Rhen'ho because it is literally as bad as it possibly could have been and my fetish proccing suffered as a result (rarely had them all up). Will give it another go with that because it will probably feel more powerful with 15 fetishes up.

Yeah the dog is crazy, i love how he chomps trash in 1 bite at times. I find the Rhen'ho useful for confusing mobs, outside of that its pretty meh and the frogs are stupid, they won't hit floating mobs properly and just sit around confused.
 
Really enjoying my Demon Hunter, hated it before since their generators are rubbish and you never have enough hatred to spam spenders so never played it after geting it to 70, but I decided it looked quite fun with M6 so spent friday and saturday doing rifts on the WD to get the set.

Got the set, I have had taskers (4th pair, lol, one for STR and DEX now and 2 for INT), krider/etrayu, rucksack, SoJ all drop for me since starting to play on saturday (and already had RoRG/Arc immune/Witching Hour) :D.

Golden wings were for everyone that registered the game before April, not specifically pre-ordered, they look terrible anyway though, IMO.
 
Lads I'm pretty busy with Destiny at the moment and there's a few other games on the horizon that are going to take up a lot of my time so I can't see me being on Diablo very much. If space gets tight in the clan feel free to remove me, if it isn't full when I do come back it'd be great to join again but if not I'll wait until there is space.

Problem for me at least is that M6 DH gets a little dull to play, I much prefer my Crusader for running about :D

You got very lucky to get all that stuff since Saturday too!
 
Must admit loot seems to be dropping a lot better lately, in the last week, mostly playing grifts. I start off tier 1, then wait till 4.30 finish off the boss and it only adds one tier to the keystone.

Managed to get a full rakeors set for my barb, couple of bits of IK but need to play around with them. Wiz now has nearly full firebirds set and a couple of bits of tal rasha. RORG for nearly every char. Literally chasing a couple of bits, gone from barely doing T1 to comfortably doing T3/4.
 
4:30 left on the Greater Rift timer is the maximum to only upgrade the rift by one level. You can just farm RoRG while the timer gets there meaning you can do less normal rifts while getting gear from Greaters, and also farm for RoRG.

It's mostly done by newer 70s who still need a lot of gear and RoRG, pretty pointless once you have decentish gear :).
