Rolled a decent Unbound Bolt today. Trying out the 2.84 BP rather than the 2.16 with my 2h xbow.

Still need a decent neck, and Witching Hour apparently doesn't exist :(

Been playing my DH

http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Xylonite-2178/hero/5462664

Can comfortably farm t6 and solo gr32 with no unity, can i get some feedback on what people would change to push further? i do have 2 x dex unities available and i know my jewelry is generally pretty bad.

depending on what your AR is like i would swap a few emeralds for diamonds to prevent being one shot. seems to be you should also max out %life. I can comfortably do 33/34 without unity but a lot of hiding and running around. Try to up all your leg gems to rank 25 if you wanna make sure you get the passive of the bane of powerful and enforcer.

This dropped for me tonight, nice roll just need a gift for it:

I have been having great fun levelling up and gearing my DH in this first season, but seem to have hit a bit of a brick wall at Tier 26 greater rifts. I can struggle through a T6 rift by myself, and T5 is too easy. So I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do to progress further. This is my seasonal character - Arrow.

I do have a Marauders helm that I can use to swap with another item but can't seem to get a Tasker and Theo glove to drop.

Any ideas please?

Thanks
Mullins

While playing my Barbarian the other day a Marauder's chest dropped, and seeing as I already had 3 other pieces in my stash I took it as a sign to finish leveling my Demon Hunter.

I managed to get a fifth piece last night so I am now looking on advice on where to go next.

Do I now gamble for boots and then Tasker and Theo? I have a very badly rolled Strength based pair in my stash, would they be any good?

I do not yet have a Dex based Unity either, so will probably need to wait on one of those as well.

Some pro tips from me:

1. You want all 3 leg gem slots in your jewellery, so make sure you are using all 3 of them. Popular at the mo for M6 is Bane of the Trapped (esp for cold based M6), Bane of the Powerful, and Enforcer.
2. That helm has OK stats but forces you to wear a RROG, and you don't have taskers yet. If you have one wearing a SOJ for now with your Unity and Maras helm should give you a significant DPS boost against the elites. Once you get Taskers you would want to wear RRoG again though.
3. Your shoulders have regen on, why is this not rolled to Sentry damage?
4. Your helm has the magic find gem, were I you I would swap this to a diamond for extra CDR.
5. Chest - Roll all res to Sentry damage.
6. Amulet - is this rerolled to add the socket? if not then roll the vita to CHD %. Ideally any amulet you wear should have Crit %, CHD % and a socket. The last stat should be elemental damage or dex.
7. Reapers - roll the regen to elemental damage.
8. Unity - I am not sure whether you should roll the Attack speed or something else here to socket, don't ruin it though get some advice from a proper DH.
9. Belt, is string of ears really best here? you shouldn't be taking punishment from melee attacks, especially enough at T6 to be troublesome.
10. Roll Sentry damage onto your rucksack if you can.
11. I would consider rolling Cluster damage onto helm and boots too.
12. Your xbow is OK but I understand normal bows are better, especially if you can get an Etrayu for the cold damage.

You seem to be heavy focused on defensiveness here. M6 DH needs a certain level of toughness to take a few hits but mostly you want to focus on attack, the faster you kill things the less defense you need. This is a fairly common mistake.

You should gem Dex gems not all res, at least 3/5 gems should be emeralds, if not 5/5. more dex = more damage, and dex gives some defensive boosts to armor too.

I believe my M6 DH can do GR30 with some minutes to spare for reference if you wanna check out how I geared it. I don't have amazing gear or a Unity to allow it as well:

Note I am using BT boots/belt mainly for the boost it gives me without a better choice for a ring than my awful RRoG :)

Made a Crusader on softcore over the weekend. Can't handle the despair of losing another hardcore character to internet or server problems.

Already hit 70 and have 2 pieces of Akkans. Decided to go for a phalanx stampede build instead of condemn. It's pretty fun. Typically found 2 condemn shields already. Found a piece of Rolands as well and the bonuses look crap. Terrible compared to Akkans. Used shield bash for a bit whilst levelling and it still feels horrible to use. Seems to be a running theme now with the sets being horrendously balanced. Saw the same thing on my monk. Sunwuko clearly stomps on everything else.

Aye it's pretty bad just having 1 best in slot item or set for every class. Should be equivalents otherwise people are going to get bored.

Yeah, I got really lucky with a 32 and 33 on my Raekor barb the other day. Mobs everywhere, just charge in and bounce them around to victory. Even when you do get lucky like this you need to finish the trash quick because you will need ages to kill the RG. Single target DPS sucks as a Raekor barb.

Then my luck ran out on GR 34. Hardly any mobs next to each other, most of the elite packs were electrified and or fire chains. Needless to say I failed that rift.
