Embarrassing Gamer Confessions

I once played a final fantasy game for 10 mins and got bored;/
and i never knew that you could buy mining bags on wow that would put ore/bars in that bag only until a couple months back and i've been playing for years
 
Back in 2004 I saved up for months and spent a fortune on a pc to play doom 3 when it came out. I got to the first enemy crapped myself switched off the pc and never touched the game again.
Worst thing about it is a couple of months later the power supply blew and took the entire pc with it

I literally peed myself playing far cry 3 blood dragon when an alligator jumped out at me.

I have never played half life 2

I pleasured myself multiple times over tomb raider 2 when I was younger.

My mate showed me the demo of resident evil 2 and he told me he had the full game but he was always renting it to other people and I believed him (what can I say. I was young stupid and masturbating over tomb raider 2)


Even though I knew it was coming I cried when Aries died

I played alien isolation challenge mode in the dark with headphones as a dare and got so scared I threw up

I have only completed about 3 or 4 games ever I believe. These days I am very sub-par, and only play games for less than an hour a week!
 
I hate being underwater in FPS games, mainly due to being scared of Octabrains in Duke Nukem 3D when I was younger.

Confessions:

I lied numerous times to my friends about going to see family members so I could play Runescape.
When I was a lot younger a friend of mine convinced me the NPC's in Morrowind where actual online players, when they never did anything they were offline.
Gears of War 3 - Oh the feels. (I didn't actually cry...but it was sad!)
I have spent 3 days grinding to get the 100,000 kill achievement on GoW2.
I spent a 2 days solid getting all the pigeons in GTA4 instead of going out.
I have completed Viva Pinata twice to get all the achievements (PC and Xbox).

A lot are achievement related, my gamer score says a lot! :p
 
I used to set my team on fire, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose just to keep them on form in Left4Dead 2. I have a folder full of Mumble voice chat recordings of PookieBear's rage in some of it :p

In the early days of WOW I used to pay for two accounts not knowing you could have a Horde & Alli character on a PVE server.

A so it was mrk who used to set us onfire. I miss those times.

BC2 memory for me was DEFRAG being on the opposite team. "Spils don't CG us, Spils, Spils, SPILS!!!! " booom!

The pyrotechnics lives on in TF2, join us! Although this time round instead of setting the team on fire I help put them out of fire with the backblast :D
 
In my early teens, I used to play The Sims, download the crack that removed the blur when they showered and make the female sims shower over and over, even if they didnt like it....just so that I could watch their pixilated bardbie doll bodies naked! Ooo yeah!

Would love to not sure if I have you on Steam, ill have a look when I get home. I have TF2 installed but not played it in years. Great game though would play again.
