Sadly I've ran into a few of both but it doesn't stop me from enjoying the game most of the time.

If I get quick scoped after firing first I just smile now because it's CoD lol.
 
Bare in mind MW2,BO1 & 2 had patches pretty early on which changed the game dramatically i remember BO1 being unplayable at the start and it turned out not too bad, MW2 had hacks and unbalanced weapons the dual model shotguns were like snipers at the start, spas 12 dominated also. I feel a patch or two and it will be even better.
 
Made my de facto emblem on my phone and checked it out in game, still a few symmetry issues to sort out using the grid in the game but think it's ok for touch controls on my phone.

I agree, the game can be made much better with some balancing. A patch to make me better at the game would be good as well.
 
What cod needs is a new engine and better net code. Gun balance is good, but never truely effective because of the former issues. But they won't do this as it takes years and cuts into profits. Plus people still buy it year on year.
 
So, just had a few games, and other than not knowing what I'm doing, I like it. Exos are fun. But last cod I played was 2, so not burnt out on them/have others to compare to.

How do you get more ammo when you are out? Also is there a meter or something to show when you can boost? The only one I saw was for the exo ablity, couldn't see anything for boosting.
 
Looks lovely, but it seems that the 'aim assist' cannot be disabled - got mine set to disabled in options, but the game is still holding my hand :(

It's a very good game.

What will effect how much enjoyment you get, depends on who you end up playing with.

Play with a room full of campers who shoot you in the back when you're trying to play an objective based game and you'll want to throw your controller against the wall. You'll know there campers when you see the scoreboard and they have no deaths but have literally not captured one objective.

Play with "normal" people and you'll certainly have fun.

The thing is forgetting call of duty for a moment, the principle of who you play with ultimately decides how much someone enjoys a game.

Play Fifa against someone using exploits to score the same goal over and over again and you'll hate playing the game, play against someone normal and you'll enjoy it.
 
Just had a few games before dinner there and this is the best first impression I've had from a CoD game since BLOPS 1. Just hope I keep enjoying it as much as I enjoyed BLOPS and i'll more than get my moneys worth. :D
 
Just figured out the new reload system (single tap is slow reload and double tap is fast reload but you sacrifice all remaining ammo in the mag), was wondering why I was burning so much ammo.
