Iron banana is going slowly. Need reputation level 4 to buy the gloves I need for level 30. Only just reached 2. It's going to take ages.

Also, that feeling when you know exactly what the enemy team are doing and how they're doing it and you can't do anything to counter it because you're on a team with randoms who are just running around like headless chickens. Feels bad man.

Not sure on the MIDA - finding it not as good as the VoC but unsure if its more the wierd needs the patch added for exotic weapons.

Its just a bit meh but only got half of it upgraded

VOC definitely out damages the multi tool.

I've said it before - the multi tool is the Doctor Nope of scout rifles. Its major ability is how quick it can fire, but without actually packing that much impact. Its other ability is the added agility, which in the grand scheme of things, isn't that much different.

Others will argue that the added agility "feels" significant to them, but the numbers show that the difference in jump height / running speed from min to max agility is very minimal.
 
Different play styles really I think, personally I'm really enjoying the MIDA Multi-Tool, it looks cool and the abilities are pretty nice too, I've read the movement boost is actually pretty decent! Haven't got the main upgrade yet but so far it's nice. Probably wouldn't run with it in the raid or doing anything big, like nightfalls for example but it's a fun to use so far!

So I noticed two nights ago one of my pads R2 button skips working half way through firing an auto rifling. I switched to Pad 2 last night and found it was even worse with my Vision of Confluence!

Is this the sign of the end for both my pads? - REALLY surprised both would go at the same time as one of them hardly gets used.

Purchased the Multi Tool of Xur yesterday thinking yea this is a solid weapon that i could get along with and then BAM did the Raid last night with some guys of reddit and i end up with the VoC and the Praedyths Revenge sniper rifle in one go lol ok so which one do i use my Energy on ???

Part of me really believes it's a bug with the game, I've never noticed the R2 stop working half way through shooting in any other game or driving (e.g. driveclub).

Although it's only happened with VoC for me and because it needs to be reapplied to start shooting again is when I only notice it when everything else is auto? Not sure...
 
Yeah thats what I'm getting - its hardly noticeable with other guns but the VoC stops after first shot most times and I have to re-hold trigger :(

@@Steveo - VOC mate, no competition - I dismantled my Raid sniper rifle for the energies straight away lol

If you have an icebreaker then don't bother levelling the Praedyths revenge unless you have excess materials. If you don't have the icebreaker, then upgrade it up to the bonus oracle damage and it will have its uses but Vision of Confluence should be your priority.

Personally I would just sack the mida off and focus on the Vision of Confluence. You can always level the mida later on but I find it to be a weak exotic weapon and it would be more beneficial for you to use exotics in your special/heavy slot instead.

solid advice thanks, i dont have a Ice Breaker yet but it is on my list :D
 
If you're experiencing the VoC full-auto just stopping out of blue, it is a bug with many other weapons that fire in full-auto, most pulse rifles with the perk will do it from time to time, noticed a tonne when I used the Strangers Rifle. I get it all the time with VoC, makes it a pain to use!

If you have the shader, class item and emblem as well as the reputation bonus from the vendor you can get nearly 100 rep for each victory. Add the bounties on top of that and its frighteningly easy to level when compared to any other type of rep.
 
Anybody need the nightfall on ps4? Just solo'd it to prime but don't think I'll be able to beat it on my own my 26 :p
